They are great ive never had a negative experience with them. The only issue that I've had wasnt anything they did had todo with a defective pair of frames which was handled and repaired immediately without hesitation took 15 minutes at most! Ive been a customer of there's for 10 years or maybe longer! They have done great for me! Very competent and professional I have zero complaints with the work they do.

My family and I have been clients of Dr. Glandon's for quite some time, and every single time we come in for appointments, sometimes scheduled, sometimes not, Nicole and Aubrey have made our visits AMAZING!!! They are always kind, gentle, thorough and super caring. They have helped with picking out frames for my kids and offered reassurance as they matured into contact lens wearers. Dr. Glandon is also the absolute best, but Nicole and Aubrey always help to make our visits feel like we've just stopped by for a visit with a family friend.

Friendly but essentially useless if your insurance information is not easy to deal with. They won't call and verify, they won't work with you on explanations, they refused to see my child, who has several forms of proof of insurance, because of a DOB discrepancy that was the insurance companies error. They wouldn't let us figure it out, they simply said they wouldn't see her. I wouldn't give them any of my money after this experience.
