My daughter just had her first experience at Eyes On Lake Stevens. It was her first eye appt ever. Her eye doctor, Dr. Kathy, talked to my daughter, not just me. She explained what was going on to her, smiled, and put her at ease. We were treated in a friendly manner by everyone and we will continue going there. Also, because it is in Costco, the cost of glasses are very reasonable!

Front office was fine as in the other staff of a front office. However, the optometrist, was a different story. He asked me a few questions, and I did not know how to answer them because I did not know what he was talking about. When I told him that I did not understand the question, he just kept repeating the same question to me and the same way that he had asked me in the first place. Instead of explaining to me exactly what he is asking me he just kept repeating it as if I was trying not to answer him. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in the room with him and I will definitely not come back here. I don't know if it wasn't language barrier or if he just does not wanna speak to clients that day, but I had a horrible experience.
