Lake Stevens Vision Clinic

We went to Lake Stevens Vision Clinic as a family last week and had a great experience. The front office staff was very kind and helpful. Hannah was so sweet and walked us through all of the eye tests, explaining what each machine was used for. The doctor was very thorough, took his time with each of us, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Lake Stevens Vision Clinic to anyone looking for an eye doctor!

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Great selection of frames. I recently moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor, and I'm so thankful I chose to go here.

I have been to many eye clinics in my lifetime and I highly recommend this clinic. Fast, efficient, state of the art equipment, and nice selection of eye ware. The doctors are friendly and take time to hear eye concerns.

If I could, I would give them negative stars. I went there twice. The first time, they overcorrected my glasses prescription, which made me feel dizzy. The second time, they lowered the prescription, but I still couldn't see clearly. Then, not long after, I received a bill saying I had been diagnosed with amblyopia. However, after that second visit, no one reviewed the test results with me, and no one explained what amblyopia is or whether there's any way to treat it. When I called them, they told me that since amblyopia was documented in the record, it was not their fault -- I still had to pay the bill. They said if I had questions, I should take it up with my insurance company. : ( This year, I switched to a new clinic, and the new eye doctor told me my eyes are completely fine. He simply added astigmatism correction to my prescription, and now I can see clearly. I'm so glad I changed clinics in time.

Had a great experience at this eye clinic. I emergently needed a foreign body removed from my eye and they quickly and professionally got me in to see the doctor. Thank you for your help!

LSVC was a great experience, everyone is very friendly, the doctor spent plenty of time looking at my eyes and answering all my questions. They have all the latest tech so its a quick appointment!

I came in with Severe Tear! to the top layer covering my right eye I was first recommended to see my primary care doctor..WRONG I had gone to Peal Vision but were booked out "3" weeks, no option I came to you in the past when COVID hit Remembered the service given and called. You got me in the next day. Called me back with sooner time, grabbed it! My Dr was awesome I came in "3" times that week to keep abreast of the healing progress. Nice, clean, quiet, intimate office space nestled inside of a larger business only building with other business tenants. Plenty of parking around the building. Main entrance happened to be propped open because it was a gorgeous day. Welcomes you into a large foyer and opens to a large very open seating area in the middle with office all around. The doctor was great and VERY thorough. All the updated technology was used no dialating of the eyes. So an older office but very clean. Nice staff too. Easy access to quick appts. They are a top provider for VSP and have lots of options for trying out different lenses and such. Decent selection of glasses for all ages and some kid frames. They had my full insurance info and were able to tell me on the spot cost of everything after insurance which was nice. Glasses will be ready 7-14 business days.
