Amazing time at Bridgeport family vision clinic. Dr.Naidu was awesome! I wasn't able to get his name. But the man who helped us pick out the frames did an amazing job and he was so kind and helpful. We love the frames!

Yesterday I had an eye appointment scheduled. When I arrived, I greeted the receptionist in Spanish because she spoke Spanish. She asked if I spoke English, and I explained that I speak a little. She told me they could not see me because the doctor only speaks English and said I needed to come back with someone who could translate. She showed no willingness to help, did not offer an interpreter, and did not try to find a solution. As a result, I lost my appointment and my time. I felt disappointed and unsupported. In a medical setting, patients should be treated with respect and provided with basic assistance, especially when language support options exist.

The staff there are all so friendly very good customer service have good glasses to choose from prices are very good depending on what you need or want appointments are always on time for the doctor been going here for 2 years love this place

I only dealt with the receptionist so I have no idea about anyone else. But I want to warn that she was absolutely terrible. So completely rude. No compassion what so ever for someone with an eye injury in pain. I had made an appointment for my husband. Gave them all the information (including phone number). Day of appointment I called to make sure I had the right location 40 min prior to appointment. They said that the insurance I gave for him wasn't active. I said I would call to double check. She said nothing else. I called and insurance was good to go. Not sure why they said it wasn't active. While I was calling insurance my husband heads to the appointment since it was an important appointment that he had taken the day off work for. When he got there he didn't even say anything before they said, "Are you _____ ______?" And he said yes, then she proceeded to tell him that no insurance no appointment. He tried to say his insurance was good and she said nope no appointment. So in frustration he left. We are 6 minutes from there office. When he got home I asked what happened and I called them back. She said the insurance wasn't active, I told it was was and I had just confirmed it. I asked if she could call the insurance to double check so he could get in. He needs his eye. It's pretty important. She said no that there was nothing she could do. She said maybe the next day she could call. Absolutely no working with us. I told her that we were willing to pay out of pocket even. She said we needed to fill out paperwork for that and there was no budging on the appointment. So we are out the money for work that day and still need another appointment from another clinic since we will never go back. Then turns out after I called insurance back that the Doctor that took our insurance left the business and so they no longer took our insurance....but why wouldn't they just say that? Why did they have to make it so hard? Even the insurance rep that called them said they were very rude and frustrating.

We have been using this clinic for years. Despite the different changes in providers and staff, it has always been a pleasant experience.

Courteous, efficient staff. Very thorough doctors. Answered all my questions. Nice selection of frames. My only negative has nothing to do with the quality of care,room freshener in waiting room was very strong. Lots of people are sensitive to the chemicals in those,me included. But, the wait was very brief,so no headache!

I had a great experience here! Dr. Nathan Ho was phenomenal. I've always had many problems with my left eye, and usually I'm just given a prescription and sent away. Dr. Ho took the time to give my eyes a thorough examination and fully explain the situation, and I finally have an answer to what's really going on with my eye. Janine helped me with my frames and now I'm very confident with making the switch to progressive lenses. The whole staff was helpful, from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this practice, and I can't thank them enough for the excellent service they provided.

I've been wearing glasses for 30+ years and am SO GLAD that I found this vision clinic. Dr. Ho is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough while also being friendly and kind. The other staff members have all demonstrated good communication and were helpful with ordering new contacts/glasses without being pushy, which I truly appreciated. 100% recommend!
