Lynnwood Advanced Eyecare

Every time I have come to this establishment I have been welcomed with open arms. They have always treated myself and my son as if we are long lost friends. The customer service is top notch and I highly recommend anyone who has been on the fence to make an appointment and experience them for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed. (This is an old post but it remains true to date).

I've been visiting this location since 2022 and had decent experiences until recently. I will not be going back. I had an urgent concern with my vision last week: persistent blurriness and flashers/floaters in my left eye that would not improve. I called the office three times on Friday and no one answered so I left a voicemail. After not hearing back, I sent a follow-up email later in the day. I also sent a text message in the evening. It was only after I sent the text that they called me back, but they didn't even check my other messages to get the backstory before finally connecting with me. I was very stressed about all of this and disappointed that I couldn't rely on the doctor I've been seeing for three years to help me. I wound up going to Costco for a consult and they were extremely helpful. I have an eye infection and some other issues that they said should've been caught by my doctor at my last exam in August (signs of contact lens overuse, dehydration, lack of oxygen etc.). Costco also said my RX is wrong and that I'll need a new vision exam to correct the RX. So, all this to say I'm very disappointed and now I question all of the exams I've had conducted here. I do not recommend Lynnwood Advanced Eyecare if you want good quality and reliable care.

Dr Li is an attentive Optician who helps with my unique vision needs in a creative and empathetic way. At my yearly appointment she always answers my list of questions which educate me about my aging eyes and their changing needs. Very Grateful!

They were ready for me when I got there. The visit was very efficient and I was done in less than a half hour. All of the staff were nice.

I always have a great experience with the staff at Lynnwood Advanced Eyecare. I have been coming here for 3 years now and it's always a pleasure. Exams are quick and efficient thanks to excellent technicians, and Dr. Le is the best! The opticians are wonderful to work with as well, though I believe they're technically part of the Pearle Vision side of things.

Dr. Le was excellent. She was able to get me in for the exam early which I appreciated. She was professional, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend her.

Great office! Very efficient and professional. Receptionist and Optician answered all my questions. Very clean and well organized.

Dr. Patrick Sung did my eye exam, and I got my glasses at Pearle Vision. It's the best place!
