Right from entering the building all the way to leaving, these people are amazing. They master customer service skills and they know the work very well. They explain things in a very clear and simple way. They helped me take the best benefit out of my visit. The doctor is one of a kind. He is polite, knowledgeable, and informative to say the list. I am impressed with team work they exercise and perfection of work they perform. Thank you so much and I am extremely grateful for your service.

Noah assisted a young disabled teen who was trying to independently make an appointment, get a simple contact lens exam for his prescription, which he needed renewed. Only to be overwhelmed with additional services that were outside of the covered services under our insurance. My son called me to advise he was being charged an additional $100 for a particular exam. I spoke with Noah and told him we have insurance and no further services should have been added, since the initial appointment didn't disclose other services. He was calm but condescending in his response as though I don' t understand insurance coverage (I am the primary insurer and have always been very particular about which plan coverage I elect for my family every year, to ensure the services we use are covered and at what out of pocket or co-pay rate). I advised him that I didn't appreciate the "bait and switch" with my son and that its horrible business practice to hook someone for extra cost after the service is performed because there didn't seem to be a clear communication or offer for billing later or making sure he knew he could opt out. Of course I could only assume things would have escalated if my son were to leave and not pay. I had to use my cc over the phone for "additional lens exam" he came home with two boxes of contacts...We get 4 at a time from Costco, and my coverage allows him glasses too. I will never recommend Visionworks!!

The entire process was a wonderful surprise. Quick, friendly and very informative and helpful in deciding the best glasses for YOU !...Dr. Karin Ma could not have been better. Prepare to be amazed. Do yourself a favor and go there.

I was able to easily make an appointment that fit in my schedule. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The doctor was thorough without drawing out the appointment, and there was no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want or need. The visit was quick and efficient and took no more than about 40 minutes from the time I walked in the door 10 minutes early. An option I really appreciated is that if I had ordered eyeglasses, they could have been shipped to my home store back on the east coast at no additional charge. This isn't my home area, so that was a good option to know about.

Visionworks in Lynnwood is great. The front desk staff is super friendly, funny and helpful, Dr. Alzeir is very patient and thorough, and the office has a really cool, relaxed atmosphere. It makes going there way more pleasant than a typical appointment.

Absolutely love this eyewear shop! Everyone here is super friendly, helpful, and really professional. From the moment you walk in, you feel well taken care of. They've got a huge selection of frames -- something for every style. I'll definitely be coming back and can totally recommend this place!

I had to go in today for an urgent vision appointment, and Tali + Noah did an excellent job helping me look up my insurance, fill out visit forms, and get through initial tests etc. Dr. Alzeir was very knowledgeable and clear about recommendations + next steps! Thank you all for taking care of me on such a scary day, I really appreciated your professionalism & care! We'll be back for hopefully less urgent vision testing and glasses updates in the future!

Amazing Staff! Kara was sooo helpful with picking out my glasses! I take forever but she was so informative and kind! I can't wait to get them!
