Love the service I've had from Mercer Island Eyeworks. In a digital world of humanless contact , Jesse personifies great customer care and professional follow up . I had issues with a pair of glasses I bought a year ago - didn't know the issue was covered by warranty - but he offered that insight . Then I needed/ wanted new sunglasses , and he expedited the frame I wanted . Then there was a glass / bifocal coverage area challenge , and he proferred great advice . Then I left Mercer island , only to find he could happily follow up and ship to me . Made me buy my next pair from Mercer island eyeworks - even from CA!
