I happened to be in the area so I walked in to see when I could make an appointment. They were able to see me in less than a week. Check in was smooth easy. Every person that helped was very informative and if they couldn't answer my questions, they found someone who could. huge shoutout to Jennifer and Chasity! Their expertise is absolutely mind-blowing. I had a frustrating issue with my new aviator glasses: terrible blur and haloing on reading text PC monitor, despite a perfect prescription from the optometrist. Jennifer and Chasity never gave up on me. After ruling out high-index materials, perscription, AR-coating, digital-lense and even ordering a new set of lenses with adjusted ocular heights, they spent 1 on 1 time troubleshooting with me live using a physical monitor in the store! They finally cracked the code: it wasn't the lenses at all, but a rare fitting and pantoscopic tilt issue with the frames! Their dedication, patience, and step-by-step problem-solving were incredible. If you want opticians who truly care and possess next-level technical knowledge, you have to see them. I am super appreciative!

My 10 years old had eye exam in this clinic. The doctors and most of the staff were very nice and friendly, and the overall clinic environment was good.
However, our experience during the imaging part of the exam was not great. The nurse strongly insisted on dilation drops even after my son expressed that he did not want them. During the imaging process, she repeatedly pointed out that it would have been easier if he had chosen dilation, which made my son feel uncomfortable.
Since he was already having a hard time keeping his eyes open without blinking, the situation became stressful for him. I think it would really help if staff who work with children had more experience or a gentler approach when interacting with kids during appointments.
Aside from this experience, the doctors and other staff members were kind and professional.

Mill Creek Family Eye has been fantastic. Myself and my son get glasses here. For myself the experience is always quick, friendly, and comfortable. For my son, who is Autistic, we've had nothing but great success here. From front desk staff to the doctors to the optical specialists. I was able to call ahead and have 3-4 pairs of glasses selected before we even arrived to accommodate my sons exposure limit. We drive 45 mins to come here because it's always top notch service. Will always recommend MC Family Eye.
