I had my first eye appointment with Dr. Jonathan Jenness at Town Center Eye Care this morning, and this was hands-down the best eye doctor experience I've ever had in my 55+ years! From the first phone call, I felt heard and seen by the staff, especially Roland DePietto. My appointment with Dr. Jenness exceeded all my expectations! He not only answered all my questions, he also explained things in such a kind, considerate and warm manner. Thank you Town Center Eye Care for having such a caring and professional staff!

I moved to Everett a couple years ago from out of state and had to start fresh with finding new health care providers. For me, that's always been a catch-22 because how do you really know you've found someone who is truly excellent? I hope this review helps anyone wondering about Town Center Eye Care in Mill Creek. I've been in to see both Dr. Hamilton and Dr. DePietto, and I love them both. I showed up for my first appointment wearing a pair of progressives from my previous provider that I had hated for over a year. Dr. Hamilton asked me a few questions and convinced me to try them one more time. Turns out my previous provider had my prescription completely wrong. I now absolutely love my progressives so much so that I bought my daily pair, a pair of sunglasses AND a safety set for work. Dr. Hamilton and Dr. DePietto are professional, excellent diagnosticians, and just plain genuine down-to-earth nice people, as are their entire staff. I had been waiting for my safety glasses, and one of the ladies at the front desk called me to tell me they had arrived, but she was sending them back because they weren't up to her quality standards. She apologized for the delay, but in all honesty, it made me feel like I mattered as an individual. They earned themselves a lifetime patient and no mistake. I cannot recommend these people highly enough.

Dr. Lisa DePietto became my optometrist almost 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier! I've had glasses majority of my life and have some health problems that affect my vision every 3-6 months like clock work. Dr. Lisa takes all that and my seasonal allergies into account when she looks at my eyes and has even given me tips and resources to help alleviate some symptoms. She's the most through eye doctor I've ever seen and is very kind, considerate, caring and is just an amazing human. Not only is Dr. Lisa great, but her team as well! They make me feel like the only patient and helped me pic out glasses I never would've myself and they're my fave pair. I love going to the eye doctor now! Your first mistake is not going to Town Center Eye Care first.

The care I received at Town Center Eye care was the best I have ever received in regards to a Vision Exam. Dr. Lisa DiPietto is an amazing optometrist and is incredibly thorough in her examination. Not only that she is very gentle and loves to explain why she is doing what she is doing every step of the way. Her staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and their selection of eyewear is really diverse and stylish. Conveniently located with easy parking in the rear of the building. Thanks for such great eye care!

I can't say enough how awesome they are. Amazing service. Dr. Lisa is incredible. She is tops. I am so impressed and how they took care of an old timer like me. I was treated like I was royalty. I have never seen so good like this before. You're really missing the boat if you don't see them. Thank you so much. I now can drive in the evening time much better. Should I admit this? You are incredible....

Dr. Lisa DePietto's diagnosis of my eye condition was treated within hours and I was 95% improved the following day. I'm grateful for Dr. Lisa's time and effective care for patients. I returned in March for an eye exam and got a dramatically different prescription than what I was given a year ago by a different eye doctor. The difference is life-changing. My new progressive lenses make driving so much better. I called to have my sun glasses updated as well. Dr. Lisa takes the time needed to get the prescription right while educating one about eye health and how to best care for one's eyes.

Kara and Danielle who work at the front desk reception and insurance department rock! My husband and I had our annual eye exams the last week and found the office staff to be incredibly helpful, positive and fun. My husband needed new glasses and both ladies were so personable and willing to find the perfect frames. They were patient and offered great advice and a knowledgeable opinion about which frames looked the best. The selection of frames is good and well selected. There are many brand names and prices aren't sky-high like some optical stores. Actually, the whole team is great and found it incredibly easy to secure an appointment last minute and working with the eye doctor was also outstanding. The eye exam was comprehensive and fairly priced. I even found a pair of really cool Tom Ford sunglasses that called my name and I purchased, by phone, after the visit. The next day upon my arrival to pick the sunglasses up, Kara and Danielle took time to wrap the box with a pretty red bow since it was an early Christmas gift. They even remembered my name the next day and greeted me with such kindness, professionalism. Check this place out and then go have lunch at one of the great restaurants nearby.

Dr Lisa and Roland are awesome!! I've been coming here since the doors opened and couldn't be happier!! I have a terrible astigmatism and it seems like my eyes change yearly so I appreciate that Dr Lisa is so meticulous and always willing to take the extra time to make sure my prescription is spot on. Cara at the front desk is pretty fantastic too with making sure my contacts get ordered and delivered quickly. I definitely appreciate that I have such a great eye Dr so close to me.
