It is my honest opinion, that Carlindo Pereira, MD is rude, abrupt, terse, unfriendly, all knowing, inattentive, talks down to you and over you without listening. At one point he actually told me to be quiet and let him do his assessment (no joke). He had less than 0% interest in my previous diagnosis and treatment of 40 yrs from more experienced professionals then himself. He Refused to listen to my personal experience with my own symptoms and nonprescription methods of treatment. It was obvious my first hand knowledge had no value as input to his assessment whatsoever. He overstepped his bounds in telling me how to manage a health issue, not within his professional accredited experience or knowledge, that was directly adverse to how it is being managed by my PCP. Before the appointment ended I was fuming and planning to take my business elsewhere. When he showed me to the door dismissing me as you would a child, I was livid. I was looking for a Doctor when I found him so back to the drawing board looking for another eye doctor. Not to mention he isn't even easy on the eyes...

Dr Pereira restored my eyesight. I had three kinds of cataracts in both eyes, he removed the old lens and placed a new lens in one eye then two weeks later the other eye. No problems at all, it's nice to see again. Thank you to all the staff as well, they are all very professional.
