Eberhardt Vision Center

Dr Eberhardt is very kind and thorough in his eye examinations and since I've been coming to him for so long, he can spot the subtle changes in my vision and knows exactly what to recommend to help me adjust to those changes. His staff are friendly and always polite and make this vision center so family friendly, my adult children have returned to it for their own vision needs. I highly recommend Eberhardt Vision Center.

Thought I might have found a decent eye place. The doctor was nice and I ordered my contacts through my insurance at the appointment. But a couple months later I needed to get new glasses since my lenses were scratched, and they wouldn't just let me pay for glasses. The guy kept telling me it's too much and I needed to wait for my insurance to pay next year because it would be $300. I know how much my glasses costs going in because I have paid for them before. I have been wearing contacts and glasses both for over 20years Im always paying out of pocket. Insurance only covered $250 a year. I just wanted to pay it and be done but he kept hastling me about it and wouldn't process it so I had to walk out. Guess I'll be looking for a new eye place.

Absolutely love this clinic! I've been seeing Dr Eberhardt since I was a little kid and now I bring my own kiddos here. His staff has always been very knowledgeable and respectful. Dr. Eberhardt is very thorough and genuinely listens to any of my concerns. I will keep coming back!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was left waiting for 45 minutes before I got to see the doctor. I was only the second patient of the day. If I had showed up 45 minutes late for my appointment I would probably be told I didn't have an appointment anymore. There office staff also needs to treat people nicer when they call for an appointment. Today was the first time I had been to this doctor but, I will be going to a different optometrist from now on.

Dr Eberhardt has cared for my eyes for 24 years, and I only want my family to go, too. In an eye emergency, he prioritized, followed up and took great care of of my child's eyes. I trusted his care and saw his dedication and care and was so grateful.

Eberhardt Vision has, for many years, been my eye care specialist. Dr. Eberhardt is wonderful! He is thorough and thoughtful in his exams, professional and caring. He discovered a problem with my retina two years ago, correctly diagnosed it and referred me to a retinal specialist. I had surgery and the follow up by Dr.Eberhardt was great. I trust his care and recommendations. The staff there are ALL polite, professional and exhibit a true interest in their patients. Many of my friends and family are patients here. I will continue to recommend Eberhardt Vision to anyone seeking quality and excellent service.

And his staff is very professional, courteous and conscientious too. I highly recommend him. He's the best eye doctor I've ever had.

As a patient of Eberhardt Vision Center for 20 years, I have been extremely pleased with the care that Dr. Neil Eberhardt has provided my family. Not only has he cared for my elderly parents, but he has also provided excellent eye care for my husband and I. Dr. Eberhard has recruited a bilingual office staff who treat all patients with respect upon entering. One thing you can be sure of when visiting Eberhardt Vision Center, you WILL be taken care of.
