About 3 Years ago I had the privilege of visiting this establishment under rather unfortunate circumstances. I have 'perfect vision' and have been fairly blessed to have had virtually no health related issues in my life, so when one came my way, without having insurance; I was both very scared and (figuratively) Stuck. I was up on a scaffolding removing soffit, pulling 'pin nails' out above me to rip the boards down. I ignored the logic and reason of everyone who had ever mentored me and was not wearing safety glasses; when I got to see a pin nail that I pulled hurdle through the air and stick me right in the eye. I didn't go home, I figured whatever was in there would get washed out from the tears flowing. Yuge mistake. By the end of the day, my eye was almost impossible to keep open and hypersensitive. Having no previous health issues I figured I'd sleep it off. The next day, as you might imagine; things only got worse. I wasn't sure what to do about it and lived in Newcastle at the time and out of both panic and familiarity with the location of this business, (I Love Yea's Wok), I came in. Unfortunately, as I had no insurance, and I certainly hadn't saved up for this; there was a risk that I wouldn't be able to receive services as the situation was peculiar. The office decided that they could not comfortably or consciously turn me away and that they would put the helmet brace microscope thing on me and check it out. They discovered that the problem was that there were fragments of metal lodged in my cornea that began to rust from both natural lubrication and my tears. If it weren't for their affirmative action, kindness and willingness to help someone in need, I'd likely only have one eye; as I am fairly stubborn about seeking Or accepting medical help. I WISH I had done due diligence in remembering the doctors name, I was panicked and not necessarily thinking normally. I really hope that whoever operated on my eye has the opportunity to see this and know that I have not and will not forget your help, and I know this isn't any form of repayment, as you never asked for anything from me, but; words cannot express how much I appreciate what you did for me. Thank you for your service to me and the greater community.

It was my first Visit to CCfamily vision and it was amazing the staff was friendly and on the top Dr Balogh was very welcoming and nice he gave me time and gave his 100 percent ..explained everything during the visit ... highly recommend will surely go again
