Had eye problem and thankfully Dr. Andrew Symonds saw me the next day. I have seen his Father for 30 years and Andrew also won me over , thorough, caring ,just a really nice guy.He knows his stuff! His folks can be proud he has followed in his Fathers footsteps. BTW, eyes all good now! Thankyou!

If I could give 100 stars I would. I hate going to the Doctor, any Doctor really, but this eye Dr. visit was stellar. He spent time with me to understand my eye condition, worked with me to get contacts and glasses. Just an absolute pleasurable experience. Will 100% go back!!!!!!!!

Very thorough, kind & Clean Chemical Free Environment Wheel chair access Taylor ordered in frames, just to try on...everyone helped me pick out the Best fit and very reasonably priced My husband Dan had excellent service, great selection for frames, very kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. As a new patient, I was welcomed the moment I walked in. Immediately greeted, checked in, and invited to wait for my appointment. I was 30 minutes early but I only had to wait 20 minutes. Chelsea (the technician) might be the friendliest human being I've ever encountered. Extremely efficient, genuinely seems to love her job. Made me feel like I was her favorite person. She's very knowledgeable and works quickly without taking shortcuts. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit and explained each procedure to me beforehand. The doctor followed right behind her once her portion of my appointment was done, meaning I wasn't made to wait in the exam room for the eye exam. The doctor was very present and engaging, introduced himself warmly, and gave me his undivided attention. Best of all, he's the only eye doctor who's ever gotten my prescription right. Spot on! I'm extremely grateful I found this place & hope I never have to go anywhere else.

My husband and I have gone here for two years now and love everything about them. The selection of glasses is great, the optometrists are wonderfully kind, the desk gals are nice, and always get great service while having to readjust glasses if need be. Thank you as a person that has worn glasses for almost 30 years now I'm so thankful to have such a great place to go! And of course taking my insurance too! Thank you!

My children and I have gone to Dr Symonds for three years now. We're a Coast Guard family and he and his office participate with our insurance, Tricare, as well as the FEDVIP program. We've always received great, thorough, patient, kind care. I even went to visit him after I had vision problems from a concussion, and when I had a persistent eye infection, they have helped us so much! I would recommend anyone to their practice.

I was appalled and in disbelief re: a nasty review posted. We have been going to Dr. Symonds for 20 yrs. We always get the utmost professional care and the latest technology for our eye care/health. Dr. Symonds, his wife Rose and staff are an awesome team! One Friday my friend was not able to get into her optometrist, she had shingles near her eye and was very frightened. My husband went in to have a concern checked out while the Dr. Was in on his day off for an hour only. We mentioned our friend and he said he'd be happy to see her. He waited well past the hour and assured her she would be ok to air travel and situation was getting better. What a kind and caring man Dr. George Symonds is.

I never thought I'd enjoy going to the eye doctor, but I do! I feel so important and taken care of when I come here. Even if it's just to pick up my contacts. You can tell every patient is special to the people working here.
