I just got off the phone a few minutes ago with Alisha from your customer service department. She is truly a gem! It's been a while since I have worn Ziena Dry eyeglasses, and there are many choices now as far as frames and I really wasn't sure about the whole process of ordering and which frames that I wanted. Alisha was so patient! She was really very helpful to me, and I ended up ordering three frames which I will try on at home and keep one or two of the frames and send back what I don't want. I had many questions, and Alisha had all the answers! She also was able to save me some money by finding a couple of frames that were on sale! Don't know if I would have noticed that myself. Alisha is so friendly, I felt like I made a friend by the end of our 30 minute phone call! Thank you, Alisha, and thank you to whomever hired her because you definitely knew what you were doing! In general, I find everybody connected with both the Dry Eye shop and the Dry Eye foundation to be very helpful When it comes to Dry Eye issues. I do have, however, one criticism, that has nothing to do with Alisha: I Certainly don't mind paying the shipping charges for whatever frames I end up sending back, but it just seems a little exorbitant to me to charge a $7.50 restocking fee for each pair of frames(!) and then also another Five dollar return fee for the total return! I feel like this has something to do with the Dry Eye foundation, and that some of these fees are going to the foundation. Which, of course, the foundation is a very worthy charity, but I should just be asked at the end of the phone call if I would like to make a donation, or it should also be asked on the website, not charging high fees to return items. But again, all in all, I was very happy with the purchases that I made, with Alisha, And with the selection at the Dry Eye shop.
My experience with the Dry Eye Shop has been spectacular. Customer service is where they excel, especially in the knowledge and wisdom they freely share. The team is friendly and communicates with customers like friends and family members. I also received special attention to a time-sensitive shipping issue. My products have always arrived in excellent condition. I also love the frequent product discounts. My optometrist recommended The Dry Shop to me, and now it's my favorite eye-related resource.
The Dry Eye Shop is a terrific place to get supplies for all your dry eye needs. I asked a question about which product to use in lieu of one that was out of stock and received a prompt and helpful reply. Shipping is fast and communication is wonderful. I really enjoy the newsletters they send out with product and other information. I highly recommend them!
Advertisement about this gem of a business dropped online as I was keen on some clear direction in finding eye drops amidst a sea of them in drugstores, that would restore a moisture film to my eyes and assure me of passing the eye exam in a driver's test. I was hoping for a lucky find of someone available to question who was up on the latest and best products on the market, not a pharmacist with a string of waiting customers. This occurred and happened to be the impressive Aiden, my first contact. Many times since then I have valued having knowledge of The Dry Eye Shop and experiencing its efficiency, explicit information, superior knowledge base, caring customer service and degree of integrity, and professionalism with customers. They warrant my trust. As a subscriber, I receive the weekly online newsletter written by Rebecca Petris, owner/director, that liberally exposes her charm and, although thoroughly factual, disarming openness and honesty. She is the inspirational leader of her highly motivated team. One benefits from her total immersion in eye studies and eye care to her own trial usages of products of new technologies, and from Dry Eye Foundation participation and commitment. Her forthright, down-to-earth commentary is heart-warming. It makes one feel like they have had a friendly chat. Only thing better would be to visit The Dry Eye Shop and experience this dynamic lady in person.
The Dry Eye Shop is amazing. I love buying from them because they have everything I need. In addition they have products reviewed and offer small business benefits which is another great reason I love supporting them. They are at the forefront of the industry and always up on the latest and greatest which is so appreciated for those of us who need all the help we can get with our dry eyes. Thank you Dry Eye Shop!
The Dry Eye Shop has everything for dry eyes and scleral lens wearers. They provide detailed product information and excellent advice. You can make one-time purchases or set up subscriptions for supplies you use regularly. Their subscriptions are easy to manage, giving you plenty of notice when an item shipment is pending and easy ways to modify your subscription purchases, such as skipping a month. The customer service is delightfully top notch. The business is devoted to serving the real needs of dry eye patients and scleral lens wearers. I give them my highest recommendation!
Highly recommend the Dry Eye Shop! Their website offers helpful videos and easy to read explanations on products. Also, it's important that eye products are stored properly. I trust them. They offer email updates on national product recalls and keep customers abreast of industry news relevant to eye care oppose to spam.
The dry eye shop is a godsend for those of us struggling with various vision issues. The dry eye shop gave me more clear and detailed information about managing my condition than my first vision care provider. They stock all the specific products I need, are very responsive to emails and help requests. It's not just the products either, but the evaluations of products done by the staff, the knowledge base they curate, etc. Highly recommend.
