After many years traveling 45 minutes each direction from my previous residence to visit my eye doctor, I wanted to find an ophthalmologist closer to home. When a friend mentioned his doctor and how pleased he is with her care, I decided it was time to make the change, and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Vercio. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Vercio is an exceptional ophthalmologist. She demonstrates a high level of expertise in diagnosis and treatment. She is compassionate, and made me feel instantly comfortable and well-informed about my eye health. Abby Vercio MD performed cataract surgery on me in March of 2024. In my opinion she is a wonderful MD, she is very capable and friendly. I was very nervous, she put me at ease right away and did an awesome job. I would recommend her to anyone needing this surgery.
