Suzanne M. Richardson, PA-C is so knowledgeable and is consistently relatable, pragmatic, and respectful of my time and preferences and partners with me regarding my dermatology needs. I always feel heard, my needs are addressed, and she consistently offers insightful education regarding treatment options and products. I travel an hour to clinic to remain under her care because I trust her implicitly and she makes appointments valuable and enjoyable.

I left in tears and cried for hours after. "Dr" Pawlaczyk literally did not even look at my skin for a second before she just listed off multiple medications for me to try and potentially be on for the rest of my life. She did not ask me any questions about when my skin issues started, she just immediately told me "you can be on one of these two medications but if you stop taking them it's going to come back". I asked if she could confirm whether this may be a hormonal issue and she said " we wouldn't know that unless you take the medication and it works". I have dysphasia and can't swallow large pills so I asked if there were any topical options and she said there is only one and it "may or may not work" and sent me out of the room in less than 10 minutes. She then gave me a typed up report of the visit where it claims she told me the side effects of these medications including STROKES AND BLOOD CLOTS as well as making sure i'm on birth control while taking them which was NOT discussed with me. I went in for just a little insight on what might be causing my issues and even said I would prefer not to be on any medication I would just like to know the root cause to try to understand what is happening. I left with a fat bill and a report full of lies, and I took two hours off of work to be there. What an absolute waste of time and a disservice to patients who need the help of these "professionals". My medical history was also not considered in any way with the options she gave me. I have chronic low blood pressure and POTS and the prescription she gave me is known to throw off blood pressure and electrolytes. Did she tell me this???? No!!! I had to do my own research on the side effects of these options she gave me, none of which will I be able to use with my co existing conditions. Thanks for absolutely nothing except money out of my pocket. This place is a disgrace.

Got my eyes checked here and they gave me a wrong prescription. I went for a second opinion and got it checked at America best eyeglass and they gave me a better prescription which was way better than this place. They had me try the prescription provided by cascade eye & skin center, I could not see clear with that. Thank god I went for a second opinion before paying for eyeglasses.
