Katie and Marylyn at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, organized, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely welcome. Dr. Day was fantastic -- thorough, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout my exam. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how comfortable I felt during the entire appointment. Ciara was also incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting my contacts and glasses. She was patient, kind, and made sure I found options that worked perfectly for me. Amy was so kind and genuine and made picking out glasses a breeze! She is the best! The entire team works together seamlessly, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I needed glasses. There are lots of options out there, but this place stands out. No hard sell, they tell the truth if it "may not be the best fit for you"., they are probably right. (Ask my wife). After I visited a place that was "hard sell", and really did not listen to me, my wife recommended East Main Vision Clinic. They dialed me in. Happy with Savanah helping me pick out great frames, and adjusting. A few days later, I had come back and Amy helped me out for a slight adjustment. Fornt desk folks were Karti T and Marilyn, and they fit me in to get things done. I have no dog in the fight, but I like good service. And that is what I got with my new glasses. WELL DONE!

An excellent clinic for vision and dry eye sufferers. The entire staff is welcoming, caring, and professional. Although I live almost an hour away, they are the right team to use for all eyecare. I had been misdiagnosed from my prior eye doctor for MGD. I encourage everyone to use East Main. You will not be disappointed.

My husband called on Sunday evening. I was experiencing alot of pain in my left eye. Kirsten walked my husband through how to care for my eye and then she called me first thing in the morning the next day to get me in to see the doctor for an emergency appointment. My husband and I were so impressed with the care I received from Kristen. When we got to my appt. today we were pleased to see how caring the whole staff was from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor. I have a lot of anxiety around my eyes being checked, especially since I was in so much discomfort. Dr. Santa Elena was so great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I changed to East Main Vision from a large chain, optometry-based business and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was greeted with smiles and quick service. I felt like a person and not a "patient/number". The clinic has up to date, cutting edge diagnostic tools, and Dr. Santa Elena was both patient and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything thoroughly. East Main Vision is now my Optometrist and I highly recommend them!

I had Lasik in June 2023 and it was the absolute worst thing I could have done. I was referred to this office a week after my procedure. Coming to this office has been wonderful. Every single staff in this office has been amazing. I have seen Dr. Day, Dr. Hager and Dr. Santa Elena have been so kind, patient, informative and so wonderful. Coming in to this office they have always treated me with such respect and care. They have explored many options for my eye care and have built a wonderful working relationship with me. Im very greatful for all their kindness and support. Also would like to mention when my daughter passed away the office sent me messages and flowers and it was so unexpected and kind and I will never ever forget that. Dr. Hager and Dr. Santa Elena specifically have seen me the most frequently and have been so kind and so caring. I love all the staff here. I would recommend to anyone. I moved a lot further away (1hour) and still choose to make the drive because for me, its worth it! Id give them 10 stars if I could.
