I love my eye doctor!! She is the best. The woman who did the pre work on the other hand, needs some training. If she heard herself speaking maybe she would hear the condescending tone. And maybe some more practice with the machines would be helpful.

I have been fooled somehow ! I was told I had coverage but said upon calling , no policy..... hmmmmmmm so not true. You can bet on good service from the Optometrist. That's about it. I won't be using them again.

Absolutely horrible. I thought I found a place I love but I ordered my son's glasses back in May of 2025. It's not mid August of 2025 and they never put in his prescription. Under new management. So if you haven't gotten a call to pick up your glasses this is why. Most days they are closed. You need to do better.
