I am very happy with the service I received at Pearl Vision in the South Hill mall. Cindi helped me select a frame. Dr Shergill did my eye exam. She doesn't rush the exam. When I picked up my glasses, Nikoda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She adjusted the frame and even replaced the nose pads on my old glasses. They take good care of their customers.

Nikoda has been amazing through this whole process. She even timed out her lunch breaks so she could accommodate my schedule.. Idk what you guys are paying her but give that girl a raise! But seriously Nikoda has the most genuine smile and an even better personality, you can tell she actually cares about giving her clients a great experience. What an amazing day at Pearle Vision. I received an excellent eye exam report, and after asked one of the representatives if they could help touch up & adjust my glasses. Valerie went above and beyond to bring my glasses back to a brand new fit and cleaning. It felt like two new pairs of glasses. There are many options out there for all of us. Please give Pearle a chance to be your eye glass specialist. They have always taken care of our family in the three plus years of service.

Lady couldn't take the time to answer my questions fully after asking if I needed help, or even look me in the eye because her head was stuck in the computer. I asked how much an eye appointment was and asked how much the Mets glasses were. I was ready to spend money but why when u cant be respectful enough to tun around within arms reach to give me a correct price and not around '4 something'. .******* customer service tip****** if u want a customers money, you gotta earn it.
