The team of specialists at Cascade Skin & Eye Care are amazing. My issues have been around skin cancer. I have been treated kindly and respectfully in all my dealings with them. The work I have had done is extensive. The beautiful part of it if you saw me you would not know it. A significant part of my nose was removed last summer and you can only tell upon close examination. A big shout out to the doctors, nurses, receptionists and accounting dept. I have had a balance on and off over the last 2 years. I was not asked once for a payment and my treatment was never refused or delayed because of my balance.

Except for the wait in the reception area after check in, which lasted about 40 min it was a great visit. The office had called to rearrange my appt time, so the lengthy wait seemed odd. Dr. Chen is great! She answered all our questions and explained things well. The upstairs staff was very helpful and polite and friendly. The best thing was that I didnt feel hurried through like I had with other docs at Cascade.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Once I got back to the first room which was really soon the girl did my eye test and explained it. Then wafter only a 5 minutes wait I was taken back to see the Doctor. He explained what was going on with my eye and reassured me. He also asked me if there was anymore questions. I asked about glaucoma and cataracts and he said no you don't have them. I wasn't even there for that. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

The staff is very friendly. I was able to get in right away when I had a problem with my eye. When it was time for an eye exam, my Dr Harris was very quick to solve my problems with my vision. Dr. Harris is very personable and thorough. I also see a dermatologist Dr Richardson and she is very thorough when I go for skin checks and is so complementary about my skin. She was quick to diagnose a skin problem I had. I have nothing but good things to say about Cascade Eye and Skin.

Grossly misled by staff. Was originally told my Doctor was coming back from vacation and I would be her first patient. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment i was told i was # 6 and she was not even in the building. There wad a total lack of courtesy on all fronts. No apology from the Doctor. Very hesitant to return for a follow up visit. Not sure what to expect.

I was thoroughly impressed with all three visits. The staff on the phone making my appointment, the staff at the office working to get me in in a time crunch, the promptness of my doctor and everything else was all first rate. I don't know how they could improve anything except my vision. Which they did. I've never seen so clearly, I've even had wrong prescriptions from other places. Just save yourself the grief and go to Cascade! You "saw" it here first.
