Best eye doctor appointment I've had. I saw Dr. Pham today as a new patient and couldn't be happier so far. She did all the normal things eye doctors do, but her explanations and time spent with me was what set her apart. She and the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable and I'll definitely be going back.

Beware! This facility does not administer their own hearing services. Nor will they help you resolve any issues, because as an hearing patient you are not their patient. Instead, AudioNova uses the space and all of their office services are handled off-site. Rainier sight and sound could only give me a business card with a phone number and the same physical address as this location. No one I could talk to in person about insurance issues. While doing business at this location... AudioNova told me many times that my insurance was excellent and offered full coverage for hearing aids. I felt coerced to sign their buyers agreement with them saying, "oh don't worry about it, your insurance will pay for everything." But the buyers agreement states that the customer is responsible for immediate payment of any remaining open balance after insurance processing. Per my insurance, I did have full coverage. However, AudioNova billed more than the maximum amount. Insurance paid according to the contract rates between them and AudioNova. But due to the difference between the insurance contract rate and the rate AudioNova billed along with wording in AudioNova's buyer's agreement,I'm on the hook for nearly $4,400. Feels pretty scammy to me.

My two daughters and I recently visited this eye doctor, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we've ever had with eye care. After years of wearing glasses, we learned more about our eyes in this single visit than we had in all the years before. The doctor explained everything so clearly and made sure each of us understood our exams and options. The front desk staff--a gentleman and a woman--were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and incredibly prompt in getting us checked in. I had provided one of our insurances ahead of time and brought the second one with me to the appointment. They seamlessly updated everything while we were in our exams, and by the time we were finished, both insurances were applied perfectly. When it came time to choose glasses and contacts, the staff went above and beyond to help us maximize our benefits. Thanks to their guidance, each of us walked out with two pairs of glasses, and one of my daughters was even able to get contacts--all with very little out-of-pocket cost. The level of care, attention, and kindness we received was unmatched. We will absolutely continue going to this office for all of our eye care needs. Truly one of the BEST in Puyallup!

Just had my first appointment here recently and can say Dr. Phan and her team are some of the best! Dr. Phan herself was so knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and answer any questions I had. The team at the front were also super friendly and very helpful.

I've been coming here for years. Hands down my favorite place for glasses and continued eye care. They've exceeded my expectations last time we came in. My child's glasses were broken. Was planning on paying for them. Was informed that they were on warranty and they've fixed them for free. Did I mention we didn't bring the arms of the glasses that were broken. They took the lenses out and put them in the floor frames so there was no wait for fixing them.

Had a great experience there. The staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably the best appointment I've had regarding my vision care. My time there was pleasant, expedient, and I left feeling like I fully understood where the health of my eyes are currently at (I've some health issues). So glad I chose them when I was looking for a new provider after moving to the area recently. Highly recommend.

Hello! I'm a 66 yo male. I have been dealing with glasses my entire life. I have gone to many specialist and so many of the major eye glasses stores in my life. For the most part I can honestly say I have never been completely satisfied, not even with the Dr. Office ones. Unless you wear glasses everyday probably won't understand. Those that do will! I found Rainier 9 years ago when shopping for prices. They had by far the best prices! I purchased a pair and there was a small issue. No Problem fixed! That's a first! I started seeing Dr. Phan and was extremely pleased. Next pair had an issue and Jake made sure I was happy!! This is a local owned and operated business. They care about their customers and their concerns! Jake and the staff are fantastic! And I'm very picky! They have earned my business for life! Jake you are the Best!! Thanks!!

Honestly, one of the best eye exam and glasses ordering I've ever experienced. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like my time was valuable and that they wanted me to be there. Additionally, the doctor explained so much more than any other eye doctor I've been too. I'm really glad I chose this place as my new eye exam clinic.
