Vista Optical

A screw on my glasses dropped off this morning and I went to Vista Optical for help. It gets fixed quickly there and I can continue my day. I really appreciate the help in need and highly recommend this store! Thank you!

After shopping at Fred Meyer, we stopped in at Vista Optical so that my mom could get her three glasses adjusted to fit better. Diana was very helpful and friendly. She knew exactly what to do to make sure my mom's glasses fit really well. We appreciated her professional abilities.

I ordered my glasses in December during the buy 1 get 2 free special. Aaron took such great care to explain the procedure since I brought in my prescription from my optometrist. I brought a friend to help decide on the best ones, and the staff stepped back and let me try on at le as st 30 frames. One that I had chosen was the last available and Aaron found one that I liked even better. I've been wearing these glasses a month now and I still love them. I also appreciated the follow-up call from the manager. Sarah?, a couple of days after pickup. In all, I felt really well taken care of. Thank you!

Stopped in really quickly to have my glasses adjusted. The lady up front looked at the fit and my ears really quickly and then on the first go figured out how to make them fit perfectly (this never seems to happen other places I've been). She was so kind and helpful. Hoping to switch to this eye doctor (if they're in network) because of the positive experience.

Called this morning to make an appointment to get my eyes examined so I could get new glasses. I was told that I couldn't make an appointment because they don't have a doctor. She left earlier this month. Why wasn't there a replacement hired before she left? Horrible customer service! My glasses cost several hundred dollars, so they lost that money plus the cost of the exam. How many others are going to another optician because they can't get an appointment. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

The experience I had at Vista Optical was amazing. The people there knew how to help a person pick glasses. I was there when there was a temporary doctor, so I can't say much about that, but the temporary doctor performed excellently. I would honestly advise people to come and check the store out and schedule an appointment with them.

I had ordered some progressive eyeglasses from an online store. I could not see at all, so I returned them. I went into Vista Optical located in Fred Meyer and met Brytani. She was AWESOME. She had me check my prescription with my doctor. I found it was good. It was just that the online store was poor in quality. She ordered my glasses after finding me a fantastic deal. I got a pair of regular progressives and a pair of sunglasses. They were perfect! The manager of the store is super helpful too. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Go there and SEE for yourself!

I was on a trip and my glasses came apart. I stopped at Fred Meyer Optical in Puyallup, Wash. The young lady, Samantha Nonan, greeted me with a smile and asked immediately, how can I help you. I told her the problem...and she fixed it promptly! We had a friendly little chat. She was just great! Wonderful experience. Thanks, Samantha
