I recently went to Walmart Vision for my eye exam and new glasses. The dr was so very patient and kind! I get anxiety when things or people touch my eyes, and he was very understanding. Explained every step before he did it, answered all of my questions with kindness and very knowledgeable.
The glasses also went really well! They have a lot of choices, they were also patient and explained everything throughout the process. Told me I would get my glasses in approximately 7 days - but they came so much faster than that! Experience was good, and I 100% recommend.

This place has been so annoying with trying to update my contacts prescription. Spent 2 months guessing and doing trials. I then ran out of my regular prescription so had to order more because they kept messing up. This doctor is not taking it very seriously.
Not calling me to let me know that my new trials have come in.
Currently seeking another eye doctor. I'm completely done with Walmart.
If you want to have to keep coming back every 2 weeks, go here.

I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was always reluctant to get an exam and glasses from Walmart, but honestly this is one of the best experiences I've ever had (I've been wearing glasses for 12 years). Everyone there was amazing, and Dawn was super sweet and went out of her way to help me! I most definetly recommend this place, and will be coming back for my future exams!

Stopped by the Walmart store at 16502 in Puyallup. Both employees that were on duty this evening were fantastic and very attentive. They fixed my nose piece on one side of my glasses and readjusted my frame to where I could actually see better out of them. When I ever need to replace my glasses, I will definitely return.

He was very helpful and investigated all avenues from insurance to what will work for me the best. WALLMART Optometry has always treated me well for years. Archie is a good man and you should be proud of having him as an employee. Should clone him.
