Seems like my review was removed, had an appointment for my 15 yr old son last Month, the doctor was very rude. Told my son. He wouldn't be able to drive. If he didn't buy transitional glasses. Even though his eyesight isn't that bad to have to wear those glasses to drive, so he lied in order to try to upsell. he was also very unprofessional and rude. My son does not want to return. Be careful with people that children like that.

Was very pleased with the service I received Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable and kind he took his time. The receptionist is nice and friendly a good welcoming to the office. I appreciate the professionalism demonstrated in this office. Overall service is always outstanding received my order sooner than I expected I will definitely be coming back. This clinic is AMAZING. I've been waiting for over a month for my new frames. I was told there was a fire at the factory that produces them and I have a loaner set from the office. I was told they'd swap my lenses into my new frames once the arrived. Haven't heard a peep from them for weeks, and think they billed my insurance, and myself. Pretty much they are scamming people. It's a real shame because I actually did like the doctor.
