I found Eye Co plus to be excellent care and professionalism! The Dr took time to explain my vision changes and future recommendations which I really appreciated! All the staff were very helpful and nice to work with. I definitely recommend them 100%.

The Doctor is amazing. He's very informative and does a great job of explaining what he's doing and my options. The staff is great. No long wait times either!!!

Dr Stooby is a very kind and knowledgeable eye doctor who helped me to understand why my eyes get very dry sometimes. He also helped me understand why some times my new glasses give me a feeling like I am swimming which I hate. He is great with kids with special needs too. I love that this place is open on weekends and if you don't find glass you like it the store you can take your prescription to have it filled somewhere else. The most expensive pair of glasses I found here were $199.00. I saw a lot of glasses in the $44.00 too so this place is affordable. My son found 2 pairs of glasses that he really loves.

I went to Walmart in Longview and had an eye exam done because everywhere else was booked up for a month. I then went to Costco in Warrenton to have it filled. I purchased some new frames and waited. A week later I was contacted as they were ready for pickup. They did a great job. Unfortunately, my old prescription was better than this Walmart exam and it was frustrating. After discerning the lenses were accurate to the Walmart prescription, I came to the realization that the Exam was a complete failure. I went to Costco in Ridgefield and had a new Eye Exam done. A week later I received my glasses and was very pleased to be able to see with clarity again. The service, the courtesy, and the professionalism is exceptional. I am very pleased. The Doctor and staff at " Eye Co Plus " are worthy of acknowledgement. If you want a good Eye Doctor doing your Prescription and an accurate Exam, then this is the place to go. They are in Ridgefield Costco.

This is not on the service preformed but the office staff. Not sure what's going on with Ronda,the office manager seems unable to do basic tasks, such as billing, returning calls and basic customer service,very disappointed in the lack of service provided by her. Also I'm a Costco employee at the same store does not help. 3 calls to date to eyeco.office with no calls back .. wondering why My insurance was not contacted after paying out of pocket in October per her suggestion ..to not bill eyemed and bill my insurance instead since eyemed pays less and the doctor had recommended the service. Failed to do so as of date had to call again yesterday to find out why ,lot of excuses how busy she is.I could have submitted claim myself same day of service! Maybe they need a 3rd party billing company to help out with the chaos.illl be looking else where for services even though it's very inconvenient. ..Update...Monday the 22nd of dec still no claims submitted to my insurance? What is wrong with this place??? Services preformed 10/30/25 ...Will never return to this place .Just wish people would not assume this is a Costco service..It is not! Independent contractor using office space in Costco. But it makes Costco look bad by having such a incompetent business in their building!! Update,as of 01/01/2026 was contacted directly by the doctor , he wanted to know what he could do to fix the problem and what he could do to get me to take the review down.. I responded have a competent staff a competent billing system and respond to your customers when they call you. As of date still have not been refunded ..the eye doctor mailed the claim to Aetna after I called the 4th time and he returned my call,said they had no way to bill online,the service was done October 30th 2025 office says they have no way to bill online or through fax that they have to mail bills but have been in business for a year at Costco. I believe this is poor business especially when they provide eye Care for Costco employees but are unable to bill Costco insurance online .still very unhappy with the office staff. the doctor seems to be doing everything he can do alleviate the problem but with poor staff poor business will continue also the plugs in my eyes only work about 30% My eyes are still dry probably would not do this service again.Its just very frustrating to still be dealing wh this still when I'm fully covered and Work at Costco, I'm Used to very Good Customer Service That Costco provides. I took my 10-year-old daughter in for an eye exam, and we saw Dr. Tsang. She was excellent--very positive and upbeat, which helped my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

I am highly impressed with EyeCo Plus. From the minute I entered the office they were warm, friendly and very professional. The Doctor was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and took his time with the examination.

Dr. Stovbir was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I really felt like I was being cared for by an expert.
