SEEN Modern Eye Care & Eyewear

Let me start off by saying that I don't write reviews. Like, ever. But I couldn't go about my day without expressing my views of Seen. From the moment I stepped into the office I knew this was not like any other optometry office I've even been inside and I've been going to different optometrists for 30 years. The lobby of Seen is chic, welcoming and makes you feel like you just entered a Studio McGee design. Between the faux exposed brick wall to the touch of greenery, you already feel fancy but at home walking into there. From there you are greeted by the two most wonderful people, Yvette and Kaylyn, who are both hilarious, kind, patient and easy to talk to. They explain everything in perfect detail and are very knowledgeable about all the beautiful selections of eyewear. Yvette spent literally HOURS working with me on the best way to utilize my insurance to get the best deal for me. I could not believe the level of customer service I received. It makes you want to go back just to hang out with these ladies. But now to the Dr. himself and the care you receive behind the lobby. Dr. Gilbert always welcomes you with a welcoming smile and gentle voice as he explains, step by step, every step in the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technologies. Like I said, I've been going to an optometrist for a very long time and have never seen the advanced imaging and diagnostic machinery that was provided for me. These options definitely made the process of a sight check up much, much more pleasant. He shows empathy in how he responds to any concerns you might have and eases any worries. He's funny, witty and was even kind after I accidentally yelled in his face a word that I had been searching my brain for. He might have to see an audiologist now, but not once did he make me embarrassed for screaming, "scleritis!" about 12" from his face. Haha! I'll be reliving that embarrassment for awhile... Again, I honestly cannot recommend this eye care practice enough. I would never take the time to write a review if I didn't mean it with full intention and a very strong belief. You will absolutely not be disappointed!

This was my first visit to Seen and I was so very impressed! The office is spotless and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Gilbert is so personable and clearly an expert in his field. Seen made me feel like a valued customer and I truly look forward to my next visit and have now booked my spouse for an appointment. I highly recommend Seen and will definitely be referring friends and family here! Score: 10 out of 10 in my book!!!!

I'm a new patient and appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable Dr Rob was. The equipment is modern and the eyeglasses selection is great. Zana was a lot of help finding me the perfect pair! I highly recommend SEEN Modern Eyecare!

This place is small with a limited amount of options so I was expecting to walk way disappointed but I was pleasantly surprised instead. Evette was the one who helped me out today. Evette was very busy today with all the walk-ins like myself and my husband, but she did a great job of meeting everyones needs. Evette is a hard worker who drives to make sure that all the glasses are cleaned before the next client trys them on. We ran into some trouble today when trying to order the glasses that we wanted because of the new update to their systems but she is going to try and have it fixed by tomorrow and hopefully her or he boss will be in tomorrow so I can order them then. It should be fast because Evettet took all the information she needed from us today. Update we got to call yesterday and we were able to get our glasses orders filled .

All our experiences with Dr. Gilbert and his staff at Seen Eye have been wonderful. He is patient, thorough and careful.. and an expert at explaining all the things (putting it in terms we get) and answering our questions. We feel very fortunate to have found someone so close to home to take care of all our vision needs!

I finally found a cute clean modern place to get my eye exams. Like many people I used to go to America's best and if you've been there, you know it's definitely not America's best. It's smelly and yucky and I'm so glad that SEEN is just down the road! The staff are absolutely amazing personable fun and the doctor is also very nice and makes the whole process quick and easy!

My daughter was in need of an exam and glasses. The doctor and his team are so kind and thorough and wonderful with children. They take their time and explain everything so well and you do not feel rushed at all. Thank you so much I will be scheduling an exam for myself very soon!

The front desk was capable and friendly. The optician was very helpful. Dr. Gilbert was personable, expert, and effective.
