This doctor is amazing. I was really grateful for him and all of his insight. He really took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions and made sure I understood any negatives and positives of each type of treatment I might choose. The receptionist though is way too salty for me. She almost didn't let us back in when we tried to go out to the car after the doors were locked. She's also pretty rude on the phone.

I have been under Dr. Lien's care for the better part of twenty years and never been disappointed. I have problems and they are taking excellent care of me. She is without doubt enabled me to continue living a very comfortable life.

Ok, first thing you gotta understand is this is a highly reputable ophthalmologist office and one of only a handful to serve ALL of kitsap county. Yes they run behind. What doctors office doesnt? The wait kinda sucked and I do think we should have a bit more clarity from the staff on wait times BUT its also not fair to ask them to stop what they are doing JUST to check in every 2 seconds with someone. A good solution would be having a posted board or visualization of some sort of posted wait times communicated between front and back office staff. Anyways, the wait was well worth it. Dr Kremer is an absolute magician with the eyes. I was in and out with him with a solution in hand and a remedy for my ailment and I couldnt be happier. The wait is well worth it! Thank you guys!

I had my eye cataracts taken out by Dr. Kremer and what a wonderful medical practice he has. Starting with his office people and their thorough testing and his evaluation of my vision and how to specifically fix it by removing the cataracts and replacing them with new IOL (Intraop lenses). My vision is great now. :) I am so thankful to get my sight back, what a gift !

Dr Nakamoto and staff are the most professional and friendly providers. All our questions are answered in a manner that is easy to understand. They strive to make the human connection. Kind, gentle, caring professionals who provide excellent care.

I believe I get top level care by highly trained clinicians. Dr. Nakamoto is skilled in many techniques. Such a gift having her in my area.

Dr. Nakamoto is the best. She an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. I was fortunate to be introduced to her at the time of my severe eye issues. I can't say enough good things about her and Achieve.

Dr Nakamoto is excellent. I feel she listens to me and addresses my concerns. However, thr amount of time it takes with the technicians prior to getting to her is quite literally ridiculous! Every appt, no matter what is being tested, photographed, etc, is more than 2 hours long.
