Great selection of frames to try on and everyone we worked with at this location was amazing. Dr. Tracy Knight is a caring professional with a great deal of patience. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It felt like getting your eyes checked by your grandpa in the best way possible. In my opinion, they have very reasonable pricing on quality frames and lenses, along with impressive diagnostic equipment. We never felt pressured to buy frames or insurance and were even told we could change our minds later if we decided to. I fully support this business. It is a great group of people.

I have been using this place for quite a few years. It is always a very pleasant experience. The sales people are always friendly and helpful. Today I had a gal named Laurie (I think) helping me out, and I appreciated her friendliness, trying to help me fix my current glasses, and getting me set up with some new ones. If you're looking for an easy experience buying new glasses with a sales team that isn't pushy or cold, this is a great place to go.

Dear God. Avoid at all costs. I paid over twice the cost for a pair of the exact same eye glasses as offered online, then went in a year later for an adjustment and cleaning, as promised, only to be treated like a street urchin invalid and I still walked out with dirty crooked glasses. The technician made my wife and I feel like we were garbage. Do not believe their sale pitch lies and 'guarantees'. This shop should be shut down. Get a prescription, and order online. Stop being abused by shops like this.

I highly recommend Dr. Knight. I've been seeing him for over six years and have always had an excellent experience. He is professional, kind, and genuinely attentive--he listens carefully to concerns and takes the time to explain everything clearly. However, the scheduling system is extremely frustrating and needs improvement. I originally scheduled my appointment back in November of last year and received a confirmation email just this past Saturday. When I tried to confirm the appointment on Monday morning, the online system didn't work, and no one answered when I called the office. I tried calling again later that evening and finally got through, only to be informed that my appointment had been released and someone else had already taken the time slot. When I asked why I was asked to confirm an appointment only to be told less than 48 hour that the appointment was released, I was told it was a "system issue" and that I would need to reschedule. I found this response disappointing and somewhat dismissive, as there was no effort made to accommodate me--even though the issue wasn't on my end. Now, I have to rearrange my own schedule to fit their availability, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Dr. Knight himself is exceptional, but the scheduling process seriously detracts from the overall experience.

Had a delightful experience purchasing glasses. Keith made sure to check my insurance for coverage, gave me every discount available and advised me on best deals to save money. He also gave his opinion on most flattering pair. I can't wait to receive my new glasses!

My new glasses are amazing! Keith was so helpful in choosing frames and explaining the options for lenses that would fit my needs the best. The prescription is super sharp and I've gotten so many compliments on the style!

I came in with some glasses that were very tight and hurting my ears and Ryan was very kind to adjust them and make them more comfortable for me. He didn't even charge me for it very nice people very good customer service
