Eyecare Center of Snohomish

Dropped off my glasses to get bent back into shape before Christmas, I understandably couldn't pick them up until after the New Year. Just went to pick them up and they're now in worse condition with one of the lenses out and a pin stuck in the frame, and the new guy there showed me an "itemized" sticky note about how it would cost me $190 for them to get me new frames and I could get $30 off if I sent it into insurance. I've had glasses repaired here before, and I've bought glasses here before. The doctor I used to see must have sold the place or something because this is now a joke and I'll go to Pearl Vision or one of the other giant optometry places that are killing places like this. Super disappointed. Used to love this place.

This clinic is charging 160% above Costco prices for contacts. My wife's contacts are $62 at Costco and this clinic is charging $161. Absolutely unacceptable. They also refuse to call anyone back and do not remind clients that they are due for appointments.

I had the worst customer service today from the owner. I had an annual checkup close to 2 months ago. With my double coverage i decided to order contacts like I normally do and had the gentleman who takes care of frames help me pick out a pair and help with billing of the 2 insurances. I pay the difference and he tells me my frames should be ready in about 7-10 days. I ask if they by chance have a set of loaners or spares because i was leaving the next day to Canada for a fishing trip. He replies no problem give him about an hour and come back. Everything is going great. About 3 weeks go by and i call to see if my frames have arrived and they tell me they know nothing. A week later the gentleman calls me and says his notes say I'm complete and i tell him i have not received my frames yet. He apologizes and asks if I want him to order them again i reply yes please and tell him i feel they are very disorganized compared to normal service. Then today I stop and again they act confused and don't have any info on me. i start to ask how this could happen and then the owner comes out from hiding in backroom and gets very argumentative with me. I'm blown away with what is happening. She continues to raise her voice and tell me they have bent over backwards for me and they could not just give glasses away and stay in business. i asked what she is talking about. You gave me a spare for vacation, and I was returning them to get the set I picked out. No way did I expect 2 pairs for the price of 1. She continued to tell me I already received my set and dropped the FBOMB and told me to get out of her office. I told her I would never be back and a little better communication from her and her staff would go a long way. If the owner or staff would have told me, I was receiving my final set when I paid, I would have been much less confused with what was happening. looking back on it to see if I misread this how could i of received final set on checkup date when they told me it would be 7-10 days before they could get my prescription set in. Has anyone else received poor customer service from eye care of Snohomish?

The people were so friendly and helpful, loved the service! My only complaint are the glasses, which are progressive lenses, but I think they measured inaccurately because I have to push them up to access the reading part of the lens to see clearly. It's such a bummer because they cost so much and all sales are final. It's an "oh well..." Lovely people though.

I've been coming to the Eye Center for years. Dr. Deol is amazing. She takes the time to explain everything! I trust her and we are so lucky to have her and her wonderful staff in Snohomish. I want to say her assistant Heather is also great. She is thorough and is very pleasant.

My husband damaged his eye really bad at work and she was willing to see him after hours to treat him. She even squeezed my husband into schedule to make sure to see improvement on his injured eye. She was very nice, helpful and she saved his eye. The staff were amazing. Loved how they were friendly :) best eye doctor EVER!

Great Optometrist who treats you like family. They can be a bit pushy on the glasses but that's expected with most places that sells glasses. The doctor was wonderful and that's why I'm giving it 5-stars. Amy said my glasses would take 14-days but I got a call a week later saying my glasses were ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised.

Came here to get new contacts and had a good appointment with the dr and my contacts cake quickly. They took my insurance so it was an easy process and I look forward to coming back for my eye care needs. So nice to be able to walk to a great eye dr.
