I received a text from Snohomish Vision Clinic at 1:30 pm notifying me that my glasses were ready. I replied to the same number to ask what time they closed and was told they closed at 5:30. When I arrived at 5:17, I was told the office was already closed, and the front desk was dismissive when I tried to explain that I was acting on a text from the clinic itself.
A frames specialist eventually assisted me, explained that the message had come from the Monroe branch, and apologized for the confusion. She was professional and kind, and I appreciated that she helped me despite the mix-up.
I'd suggest clearer internal communication between branches and a more courteous front desk response when patients are acting on information provided by the clinic.

I like the doctor. I am going BLIND with glaucoma and haven't been able to get my eye medication since July. I have called my pharmacy, just like they tell you to. They tried to contact Dr. Schneider in July and have not received any response. I am getting scared. I called the clinic today and my pharmacy contacted them again but he won't be there for 2 more days. This is super important. I must be unimportant. When you are going blind, you feel hopeless but I thought I was in good hands. I don't know why he would ignore me.

Jess was the sweetest to my son and I when we went to get our glasses picked out. She didn't push us on anything and actually made it fun for my son. She gave us great suggestions and made it such a wonderful experience. We absolutely love going to the snohomish location and they truly are a special bunch of people there! Super friendly and helpful!! They helped me pick out my frames without making me feel nervous or self conscious about how I looked in each frame I tried on. They made me feel at ease and relaxed. AND they fixed my nose piece on my current frames that Costco said they couldn't fix. I also appreciated how thorough, up front and truthful Dr Sessions was during my exam. I went to the new Snohomish location for my recent eye exam. I was very impressed with the whole office. Dr. Lee was great and explained everything regarding my exam and the scan of my eyes. Jessica not only helped me find a new pair of glasses, but fixed two of my broken frames with my current prescription. Jessica was fun and bubbly. I will definitely continue to go to the new office.

All of the staff have always been welcoming, professional and attentive at the Snohomish location. Even though I have moved an hour away, the drive is worth it knowing I have a great team looking out for my eye health.
