I called and was greeted by Melissa. I had some questions about my current prescription of eyeglasses I was using from a different store and was not happy with how they fit or how they worked with my office use. She was very happy to explain that I am welcome to bring them in for adjustment and that we could discuss the prescription I had and look into why I was not happy with the fit and use of my current glasses. When i visited the Spanaway location, she greeted me and stated that she could tell that my glasses were not adjusted correctly. She was able to help me get my glasses adjusted which helped a bunch. She suggested that the next time I can, I should look into glasses with her that will address my computer screen time needs. I appreciated her helpfulness and am glad she took the time to help me even when I didnt originally purchase my glasses with her. This is a great location to actually get quality help. Not easy these days to find good help. Hats off to Melissa

The vision center is awesome. I've been getting my glasses from them for the last four Or more years. Cherrel and Luis in particular have been more than pleasant to me in helping my wife and I with our needs. I can't think of any reason why I'd go elsewhere, and besides, their prices are very good too!
