Do you ever randomly stop in for a service and then you are so happy you did? Me too! I was greeted with huge smiles.
I feel they listened to my thoughts, they worked me in to a very full schedule for a eye test and then spent extra time helping me with my frames. I'm so happy! I will so for sure be coming back!!

I walked in to get my son's glasses fixed and was greeted immediately with a warm and friendly welcome. Elizabeth helped us right away and went above and beyond--she even fixed issues we hadn't mentioned, just by overhearing an offhand comment my son made about his glasses. Talk about attention to detail!
Elizabeth and another amazing staff member (whose name I sadly didn't catch, but I now lovingly refer to as "The Wizard") teamed up to help me with my own glasses. The Wizard not only diagnosed and resolved my issues, but somehow managed to entertain my almost 2-year-old and juggle phone calls--all at the same time!
Elizabeth and the Wizard were a dream team. They took care of my son, me, and my energetic toddler with kindness, skill, and patience. Thank you, eyeQ, for such an outstanding experience!

Special shoutout and huge thank you to Beronika Bartlett, Manager of this store. I came in frantically needing a missing screw for Ray bans glasses i purchased elsewhere. She patiently assisted me immediately, going through many screws to find the correct one, and spending time with me like I was her best customer. She refused to charge me, saying these repairs are free. Hopefully this review will send her many more satisfied customers, that but something! Thank you Beronika!

EyeQ staff was superb for a first time (in my life) eye exam visit! My first appointment, I got the time incorrect and couldn't make it work. They very kindly re scheduled me to another day. The second appointment, I brought my infant with me.. not knowing i really should've left her with a sitter. They were kind, non judgmental of my mistake, and helped distract her while they gave me my eye exam. We needed a new eye doctor in the family and will surely be passing them along to other family members. Thank you for such great service!

hey everyone I have come in and see Dr. Danny Adams at EyeQ Optical now for over 4 yr and every time the staff always greets me and make me feel good. the Technician and I have fun all the time while they are doing their jobs. Dr Adams is always keeping a close eye on the spot in my eye that shows Diabetes, all the time the spot is the same over the years.

Why do we drive as far as we do to see Dr. Adams and his entire staff? From the very moment we walk through the door, it's like visiting family! They smile a lot, they care, they are patient , understanding, helpful, honest, they take eye care seriously, they explain and teach.
If there is an issue you can bet it will be taken care of with kindness and an outward desire to make whatever it is right. I had a bit of a hard time adjusting to progressive lens, they were dedicated to helping me through that time, and they did, they were with me 100%.
Just try walking through that front door and see if you don't feel it, it's instant and it's real and it doesn't get any better anywhere!!
Thank you Dr. Adams, and the entire staff, you guys are the best of the very best and that's why we make that drive!!
