MultiCare Rockwood Eye Center - Valley

Dr. Moonberry is GREAT!! I highly recommend seeing him. I had some vision problems in the past that he relentlessly tried to solve. It ended up being something not vision related but I appreciate his kindness and efforts through the process. Dr. Moonberry was also great with my 9 year old who recently just got a prescription for glasses. The assistants here have always been AMAZING, as well. My daughter really liked the assistant Emma . *The receptionist though, Dawn, was rude. When checking in my daughter this week, she said in a short and annoyed tone: "you're the parent?" And when I handed over my daughter's insurance card (it's broken in a corner) she threw it back on the counter like we were filth or something. I felt like she was being judgmental, and that kind of interaction sticks with people. Maybe she was having a bad day but that could have easily turned someone away from that office for good.

The doctor and tech were awesome. The front desk however was a mess! They got my name wrong multiple times even with my name on the insurance card directly in front of them. It ended up taking way longer than needed to check in and after I made my husband's appointment they still had my name and information wrong.

Great people very professional. I arrived early and they took me early, which was a great benefit since I live so far away. Got a thorough examination with very specific instructions according to my diagnosis. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks to all the wonderful people That made my eye exam so easy.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. I really like my eye doctor (Dr.Bench), as he is very friendly and knowledgeable of my condition. He communicates things very clearly, and his expertise really helped me out when I experienced an acute disorder and had to seek help from an ER. The office is in a kind of dim part of the building, but once you are in the office, it is nice and comfortable. I appreciate how quiet the office usually is, and how easy it is to set up appointments. I've been a patient here for about 5 years, and as of the last 3 I have been coming here every 6 months for specialty scans. I do highly recommend going here for eye exams over commercial glasses stores, as the staff really do care for your overall optical health, not just about getting you a glasses prescription.

Dr. O'Connor is the very best of Multicare. He takes your concerns over eye injections and explains in detail to allay those feelings and fears. His assistants also make you feel comfortable and completely answer all questions.

Need frames and lens to be payed by my medical and there's no one or no help I have a very hard time seeing and no money so I guess I'll just pray for some positive feedback loved the eye doctor he's a rock star

Staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Bench was thorough with the eye examine, answered questions and offered suggestions.
