just had a very unpleasant phone conversation with your staff, aliesha. I do not appreciate being talked down to, expected to know office questions and lingo. The sarcasm and unprofessional conduct has led me to making this email. This will be going on every social media there is about how i was made to feel and now having to deal with increased anxiety and ptsd. So thank you so very much for allowing a new patient to become upset and have more to deal with and never even seen you yet as a patient. If your staff feels the need to make people feel bad then perhaps they can seek employment that doesn't deal with people . Thank you again for making my day bad. Also i thank this opportunity to know first hand how your business treats people, definitely not what the web site states for professionalism. Terry payton
