I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Noakes! He was very efficient and explained everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience. Overall, I feel confident my vision is left in great hands with Dr. Noakes!

I went in for a yearly exam. I was frustrated because I told them my vision had changed, yet they didn't test my vision. They dilated my eyes and the dr checked my eyes but he didn't tell me what he saw. I had to ask questions. And he seemed to enjoy the phrase "at your age". I'm in good physical shape for my age and could possibly live another 40 years. Age is just a number and a cop out for drs who don't have answers. I told him my glasses weren't working and he offered to give me an eye test after he had dilated my eyes. He did that last time which is why my glasses don't work!! I'm looking for a new eye clinic. Not a fan of Spokane Eye Clinic.

Very thorough examination, with all the pre-scanning and work up by Alexa. This was my first visit with Dr Noakes, and he reviewed with me all my T2D risk factors and assured me my eyes were doing well for now, despite some mild retinopathy. Great visit! Highly recommended!

Was not impressed with him. He came into my room kind of grumpy. He did not address my problem untill I asked then wasn't too informative. Possibly having a bad day? But still needs to have a better patient relationship.

Everything was excellent, state of the art from arrival to exit. Kind-natured staff with a complete knowledge of procedure and customer service. Of course, Alexa and Dr. Noakes were welcoming and comfortable to work with.

I felt that Dr. Noakes was very thorough & Professional & I really appreciate how he took his time with me & assured me that my eyes were healthy and that there were no changes due Diabetes! Dr. Noakes made me feel comfortable & not rushed through my exam & I really appreciated that

My Eye issues are many and complex. So my eye care is anything but a simple routine appointment. Dr Noakes is a methodical, knowledgeable, and very likeable doctor. After my wife came to one of my appointments, she was so impressed that she changed to him as her optical care provider too.
