Great experience! I've never had corrective lenses but have reached the age where the near vision starts to struggle. I had a pleasant experience with the staff setting up an appointment over the phone and getting checked in. The exam with Dr Larry Thompson was excellent, a perfect balance of friendly and professional. Made it very satisfying for a "first time" customer.

Dr. Jeff is one of a kind. He was thorough in his examination and actually listened to what I had to say as a patient. I'll definitely be taking the rest of my family here to see the the wonderful providers.

Wow - what a great experience! I scheduled an appointment online for an eye exam and a contact lens fitting. I was taken back at my appointment time (no wait) and Dr. Thompson entered the patient room in a timely manner. I had a prescription for glasses from a different provider that I didn't feel was the right prescription, and Dr. Thompson was extremely thorough in making sure we got the right prescription this time. He was laid back, easy to talk to, and attentive. Also, this is my first experience with being fit for contacts/wearing contacts and I was very happy with that experience. I was able to walk out with contacts in THE SAME DAY! The gals at the front desk are very kind and easy to talk to as well. I was in and out in less than 50 minutes, with the longest part of my appointment being practicing putting contact lens in. I can't recommend this office enough.

It was hard to tell if my son had a vision problem or not, but through a thorough examination, Dr. Thompson gave us the answers we were seeking. I have a unique and medically serious story and I owe an enormous amount of gratitude to these doctors for saving me!! I have suffered with migraines for years. I went into because I thought there was an issue with my eyeglass prescription. Dr. Christine did my exam and noticed there was pressure on my optic nerve , along with my other symptoms she informed me that I needed to go to the ER immediately to get a spinal tap because it could be indicative of intracranial hypertension. I went in, got a battery of specific tests she requested at the ER and long story short, I was eventually diagnosed with intracranial pressures that were almost 10 times higher than it should be. I got a stent placed in main vein leading to my brain and am doing exponentially better now, and I owe it all to this team. I had been through multiple specialists, testing and medication that did not help at all, until this happened. The team of doctors here are amazing and truly care about their patients and went above and beyond for me and followed up with me on her own time the whole way through. I can't thank you enough!! I now know first hand how important regular eye exams are!
