ALL of the staff is so kind!! I have had a handful of experience with them, and evertime their customers service is on point. I always have lots of questions and they always give me the time I need to make sure I understand. They reply back to your texts, and follow up with you in a timely manner. They are all so kind and down to earth and really do make you feel like you matter and aren't just a transaction. Thankful to have such a wonderful place I can trust for my whole family.

Great group of people at this office. Minimal wait time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early to pick out frames before my exam. I was in and out in just over an hour and they attended to me during the appointment instead of multitasking. Very refreshing.

Positives: Very knowledgeable techs, good selection of name brand frames, they'll make the lenses exactly how you want and I am picky and specific as to what I want. Negatives: Expensive! Boutique pricing. Long wait times like over 3 weeks to get glasses. Overall: I've used Valley Vision since it was called by the previous name because of the staff experience and quality of lenses. The younger gentleman tech is the best I've ever sat down with. The guy knows his stuff. If you're picky and willing to wait and pay the price you won't be disappointed.

Love these guys! They helped me when I was stuck out of town with no contacts! (Do not recommend forgetting to pack them). I was stressed. They acted fast to help. I had my regular annual appointment today, and had a personal emergency that was going to have me running behind. They were having phone issues but could see I was trying to call and texted me to follow up! They had to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency internally and reached out right away to get it sorted out. Communication is top notch. They're always kind. Doctors listen and answer questions. I've been here since before it switched to Valley Vision and I'm so glad I stayed! From office team to doctors, I highly recommend!
