First experience was great, but when I was called to come have my son's new lenses come in anytime we will pop them in. Sounds great right. No, I cam in at 11:40 the eye glass people told me the Dr was with a patient and to sit down. Well when he finally came out alone he told me sorry I'm going on break now. I'll be back in 30 mins. If the eye glass staff would have just checked I wouldn't be sitting here for another 30 min. Bad customer service. The lady with the colored hair green/blu totally brushed me off so she can hang out with the other employees. All she had to do was check, knock on a door. If it is that much of an issue you should have us make appointments to do this. So unhappy.

They don't stand behind their product. Bought three pairs that included prescription sunglasses. The lenses don't fit the frame of the sunglasses. They'll proceed to tell you it's because of your prescription and scratch and fumble your lenses on the floor and tell you "to live and learn". I'll take that advice and never buy another pair from Walmart. $600 lesson learned.

I can see why overall this place is rated as a 3 star establishment. From my experience I would not recommend the vision specialist here. I don't feel like he was very thorough at his job. I've had glasses for twelve years now and when I came to pick up my first prescription they were not correct, things were blurry and hard to see so they had to fix my first prescription. The only reason I did not give less stars is because they did fix my prescription with no additional cost, however even with my second set of lenses my peripheral vision is still blurry and so are some things at a far away distance. I'm glad I have new frames since my old ones broke, but I'm not pleased with the lenses. Not my preferred vision center.

I had a positive experience with Dr Ohlsen and his staff at the Valley Wal-Mart. I originally wanted 2 separate pairs of glasses , one for reading and the other for distance. My insurance would only pay for one pair. After talking with staff they quickly set me up with my 1st pair of bifocals! I also got a stylish pair of frames! I can't wait until their ready. I recommend this office to anyone who needs quality expertise and friendly service!
