My first meeting with Dr. Yang was in January of 2020 to diagnose and begin treatment for an eye trauma. During that first encounter, he handled my fear and the situation excellently. I knew I was in good hands. I have been meeting with Dr. Yang each month for an eye procedure since then. In each subsequent meeting Dr. Yang has been empathetic, but more importantly he has earned my respect and trust completely. I and every other patient is blessed to have such a fantastic doctor and person with whom to work.

I have seen Dr Yang for retinopathy for approximately 2 years now. I have required several ocular injections that originally freaked me out. Dr Yang immediately put me at ease. Dr. Yang is one of the finest doctors I've ever met. His knowledge and skill as an eye specialist is incredible. Since working with him my vision has come to 20-20, and I'm 78 years old. There is a type of degeneration happening at the bottom of the eyeball, and it is being corrected by injections at the side of the eye. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for this fine Specialist.

Dr. Yang is great. I have a condition that requires regular injections into my eye, which can be a very unpleasant experience. I had gone to another Eye Clinic for treatment and they didn't seem to care whether or not it was a comfortable experience for me. They also never got back to me when I requested an appointment for a follow-up treatment. MultiCare was on it got me in right away got me back ASAP 4 treatment with Doctor Yang, question about my experience in the past and what would make it better for future treatments. Sinse I've had two treatments and getting an injection in your eyes never going to be pleasant but it is very doable and I'm able to go on with my day

Dr. Yang is open and straightforward. He is always pleasant and affable. When questioned about what he thought about treating people who have medical diagnosis of bipolar, he said he was unconcerned. This is the correct answer. Many physicians make believe they treat patients with diagnosis mental disease or disorders. That is to say, the patient is marginalized and not treated to the standard of care. Dr. Yang is fully validated as a top grade physician. He treats peoples condition without regard to any confusion on the part of other physicians. I have found him to be one the few doctors who will do that. There is no question about his skill and knowledge of medicine. It is the way he connects positively under all circumstances that sets him far above the other physicians. He has my highest possible recommendation. He is a man of deep integrity and can be trusted fully.

Mom met Dr Yang for her first treatment for wet macular degeneration...she was worried as friends told her the injection was painful for them. He was wonderful, answered ALL our questions, treated her with compassion and she didn't feel a thing!!! Highly recommend him!

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.
