In all honesty, every time I go to the S. Barnard location I'm made to wait a minimum of 40 minutes in the waiting room. Yesterday was the same! I actually walked over to the desks and said it's ridiculous to make patients wait so long. Our time is valuable! They got me right in after that!
The visit before this last one I was made to wait in the exam room for 1 hour and 16 minutes. I had to go out and complain, I think they forgot me.
I'm sorry but you need to up your game on scheduling!
