Dr. Nathan Noakes

Great experience! Could tell he was very busy, but answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and in a thoughtful way. I like how efficient and respectful of my time that both he, and the technician, were. He even apologized for the wait, even though he was giving his expertise and exceptional service that I needed, and would've waited longer for. Very considerate!

No problem with Dr. Noakes. His explanation of my situation was easily understood. He seemed knowledgeable and competent. However, my appointment was at 9:00 am; I saw him at 10:18 am. He spent roughly 10 minutes with me, which is probably an exaggeration of the actual amount of time he spent with me. Given that my situation was urgent and potentially permanently visually altering, I am hoping I received the care I needed. Can't wait to get the bill!

A really nice experience with Spokane Eye Clinic, my first time here. The whole supporting staff from the moment I walked through the doors were fabulous. I felt well heard and well taken care of, thank you. My eyes already feel better. All my concerns and questions were professionally answered.

I was a little disturbed by how long I had to wait to see Dr. Noakes, but, afterall, they did squeeze me in this year so that I could use my VSP before it expired. Once I got through all of the beginning protocol, I met the most wonderful Optician. At the end of the appointment, after all of the shifting lenses on the vision machine, Dr. Noakes had this magic set of glasses that he put all sorts of lenses on so that I could see how my new glasses would improve my vision. I have been ordering prescription lenses for 65 years. You would think that I have seen all of the tricks that opticians have to offer, but this one was new for me. It was fabulous!!! Excellent from check in to check out. Dr. Noakes was very thorough and listened carefully to my experiences and history. He recommended I see Dr. Skoog for "clean up of the film on my implanted lens. I look forward to better, clearer vision.

Over an hour late to take me into my appointment. I was there 2.5 hours. Their computers went down but they should have a way to still process patients. After I was done with my exam I had to wait for a long time to get "fitted" for contacts. It was very unorganized.

Staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough when examining my eyes. Clearly described what he saw and what he felt was going on. I would call the appt a good experience.
