Dr. Thomas Riley

I'm very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Riley during what turned out to be an urgent situation. The scheduler at my regular provider's office offered me an appointment two days out, but Dr. Riley was able to squeeze me in. He had the tools to quickly and accurately diagnose the infection and prescribed a treatment that required eye drops every two hours for the first 48 hours. So, waiting 2-days would have delayed the care and treatment. His prompt, thorough approach made a real difference, and I felt I was in excellent hands.

With a family history of retinal detachment, I was very concerned when I experienced some of the symptoms. Spokane Eye squeezed me in quickly and I saw Dr. Riley. He was personable and immediately established common ground to put me at ease. He helped me understand what was going on and what could be done without using big words. Ha Ha. I appreciated that. All good. No detachment. Thank you.

This was my first time visiting spokane Eye Clinic. Dr Riley and all the technicians were great. Very friendly and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. I felt that i received a very thorough exam. I highly recommend them and I will be returning for my next annual exam. Overall great experience.

Very impressed with his knowledge and personality. Dr. Riley was able to have all the necessary tests done to be able to tell us that my husband needed surgery. He has an engaging personality and makes you feel at ease and able to understand all he is saying about your condition. Highly recommend, as well as this office, very friendly.

Dr. Riley was absolutely fabulous. I was so comfortably with him. He diagnosed my eye problem quickly and was so detailed at how he wanted me to treat it. The entire staff was so professional and courteous from check-in to the nurse that did my pre-doctor exam. I was impressed with everyone I came into contact with. Great office, if it was not so far for me to travel I'd make Dr. Riley my doctor and the North Nevada clinic my preferred clinic, in fact, I'm thinking of doing just that.

I had to make an unexpected visit to Spokane Eye Clinic, and was sent to the Nevada clinic to see Dr. Riley. From the checkin to the exit it was superb. Mason prepped for the doctor, very friendly and courteous, then when Dr Riley entered, was given a thorough exam, and assurances that my corneal transplants were fine. Probably the one thing that gave me peace was the doctor saying that my trip was not wasted time. When I experience an unexpected event, I should always get it checked out. That assurance meant a lot to me because, I was so hesitant about asking to be seen. Thank you Spokane Eye Clinic , and Dr Riley and his staff. Merry Christmas!

This doctor knows his field! He made me feel so much better about what was wrong with my eye. He explained things very well! I also really like Dr. McFadden! Thanks you doctors for taking good care of me:)

Great service from the moment I arrived for my visit until the end that I checked out. Dr. Riley is attentive and takes time to speak with you, get to know you, and go over the exam with you. I have been going to him for 5+ and I have always been pleased with him and his whole team.
