I recently ordered a new pair of sunglasses from them, and they are absolutely perfect. The craftsmanship is unparalleled, and the attention to detail is exceptional. I have purchased several pairs of glasses through the year from Encore Vision and have loved every pair. Encore employees are so easy to work with and I love all inventory they have. I have glasses I use for beading, driving and computer they customize to what you are needing.

The last 2 frames from their Native Visions line have been of subpar quality and poor construction. As an enrolled member of a local tribe I picked these because they looked great. Too bad they are bad frames. Main problem is the screws in the earpieces tend to fall out without you noticing then the lens or lenses pop out. Frustrating. If this was an isolated event that would be one thing but the exact same problem has happened to the last 2 pair of eyeglass frames I picked. It's not a coincidence, it's poor quality. I'd recommend NOT buying any frames sold by this company.

I just ordered a pair of sports glasses, and Tyler was so knowledgable and helpful. I appreciate the long time he spent speaking with me on the telephone, his great explaination as to what type of prescription I needed and why. A genuine nice experience, I would highly recommend Encore Vision and yes I am in Canada!

I have purchased multiple frames and have no complaints. I am an everyday wearer of glasses and own many pairs from them and the quality and the staff are always so great. I recommend them 100%.

i have gotten my last three pairs of glasse from this lab and thats been over the last four years and my first pair is still going strong as ive kept the same frame and put new lenses them twice now because its my favorite frame.
