Friendly and quick check in. The medical assistant that took me to the exam room (can't remember her name!)was friendly and professional. This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Ellis and I control be impressed by her professionalism and knowledge, but also very easy to chat with about, say, sports She was so thorough in EVERYTHING. Detailed and easy to understand explanations regarding my eye condition and treatment. She made special efforts to get some samples for me and to try to get the best price for my prescription. I HIGHLY recommend Eyedentity and Dr. Ellis if you're looking for quality eye care in a pleasant setting.

Good eye exam. Friendly doctors. HORRIBLE billing. They billed an old insurance provider in September. I got a note in November regarding declination. Called, left four messages over the course of two months, never returned my call. Brenda won't respond, won't fix billing, ghosts me. Still trying to get this fixed and it's almost February. Crazy. Never been treated so unprofessionally.

I've been coming into this Optometrist clinic for a good 10 years and they are really good people very fair in prices and they are very kind and nice. And I just really wanted to give a shout out to Ashley for really in my own personal opinion, save my day today. My framed have broke on my glasses and I was really stressing out, but she was able to help me the same day and not very many of Optometrist officers can do that so thank you Ashley. I really appreciate you and I will see you guys here in a few days.

The staff is always friendly and professional. When you need to have a thorough evaluation of your eyes, a technically proficient highly trained staff member is able to smoothly lead you through the process using the latest high tech equipment with ease. They are knowledgeable and able to answer your questions on the fly. Upon completion of the tests, typically Dr. Grant Hardan will meet with you to evaluate the data and answer any question or concern you might have. His friendly relaxed manner is thorough and his explanations are clear. Dr. Hardan and his staff are top notch in my book!

We love this office and always leave smiling. Two of my sons have been going here for a couple of years and it's been a great experience. Everyone is welcoming and thorough and they always take the time to explain things, from insurance to exactly what they are doing during the exams. I definitely recommend this office!

I've been going here a few years now; the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. I like the doctor; he readily listens to your symptoms/issues and seems to truly want to help fix them. They put an emphasis on fixing dry eyes, as well. I like to get my appointment done here and then get my new glasses from the nearby Costco. Finally, the wait times are pretty short in my experience, as long as you show up about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

Unfortunately my husband had a terrible experience with the insurance aspect. Well the customer service part and the exam went well. Brenda with their insurance department is a nightmare. Everything went as normal our insurance was checked they told us our limits We sent them copy of our cards via a text and we are good to go. However just recently we got a bill showing it was past due. To be honest I'm not even sure how we got it because the wrong address was wrong. The bill showed nothing was covered. Call my insurance and had them fax all of my eligibility information. Call to talk to Brenda and it took her week to return my call. When she did finally call she was rude argumentative in condescending. Even though insurance was checked at the beginning and a card was provided and a fax was provided with all of my insurance eligibility, she still wanted me to resend my card and said well she has a stack of papers on her desk still to go through. Save yourself the headache and avoid Brenda at all costs.

Dr. Jessica Ellis is great. She is very knowledgeable, therefore I knew I could trust her guidance with my eye care. She is also kind, caring and pleasure to have as an optometrist. I feel fortunate to have her taking care of my vision.
