I thought this place would be cheaper that Lens Crafters so I called them told them the insurance I had and they said it would be around $200 which was cheaper than Lens Crafters. We went in and worked with a lady that was new and she was very nice. At the end she told me a price of $425. I questioned if everything was put in correctly because that is wayyy more than I was expecting. The assistant manager,Aaron came over with all his attitude acting like I was lucky to even be paying that price. I explained that I had called and already had a lesser price at a different store and he walked away saying it's not his fault it's insurance. My MIL who I was getting the glasses for has dementia so it's not exactly easy getting out to do this type of thing. Otherwise I would have not gone through them at all. I purchased the glasses and told "Aaron" I will never come back there again. Very disappointed in this place!

My wife visited and they asked which insurance she has. The lady said okay and took her insurance information. During the visit she said she was having an issue the insurance portal for some reason. She told my wife that she could upload a photo of the receipt to my wife's insurance portal and they would refund it. My wife went ahead with the eye exam and picked out two glasses and paid out of pocket. We later find out that they don't accept her insurance even though the lady said they do. Why would we go to somewhere not in network? She pays monthly for the insurance. This made my wife very upset and disappointed so I called and asked to speak with someone. Holly was very rude and got mad because I asked her for a refund. The assistant manager called back and was more friendly and helped with refunding her for the frames. From the other reviews I have now seen I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this place. Terrible experience.

Getting my eye exam done was a breeze the doctor was awesome however the staff member that I dealt with in the actual eyeglass department was pretty rude and I had to basically demand some of the features for my glasses because she wasn't too happy to walk me through options and trying to get a work out of her was like trying to bleed a stone. Then I went to pick up my glasses the week after, it took over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by a staff member so I won't be coming here anymore

Dont waste your time or money. Staff cant give right information on anything. I was told my glasses would be done same say came.in for my appointment nope got sorry cant do it same day like they told me. Then I ordered 2 pairs for my daughter who is in hospital yesterday got told same thing after waiting 4 hours for a phone call and I finally call and oh yeah sure um we can right here um hold on and I finally pay for them got told they would be done yesterday. I said I woukd puck them up this morning. Walk in no one can find them for 20 mins the all a sudden the guy who cuts them isnt in blah blah and they won't be done til 3pm. Absolutely not professional and not worth your time or money.

The employess/Dr were meh. I hadn't been here in years i decided to get an eye exam yesterday and i literally woke up today with a stye in my left eye........ Dont think ill be back due to cleanliness concerns. (i havent had a stye in literal years, coincidence? I think not.)

Went in yesterday for my first exam in a WHILE! No judgement whatsoever about being long overdue. I was allowed to take my time and look at many different frames that looked good on my face. The 2 for 99 deal is AMAZING! And they were ready for pickup the same day. I'll never go anywhere else

I've been going to this store for at least 12 years. I gotta say this store has improved 110 %.I credit the manager Eric he's always on the floor always helping the employees in a pleasant manner.Last week I came in because my frames broke.Eric had to order frames from Vegas store.I called Friday because I knew they should be coming in.A associates told me Eric was checking every delivery coming in.I came in to get my frames and Eric had me out as quick as I came in.Thank you Eric your a class act!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Came in for an eye exam and new glasses and left with a new pair just an hour and a half later. Being able to get your new pair same day is incredible and the atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. Great experience I would recommend to anyone.
