Friendly service and fast glasses. My husband and I both went in to get new glasses. We each got 3 pairs... A everyday pair, a back up pair and sun glasses. Both women who helped up were friendly and knowledgeable, made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. All 6 pairs of glasses were ready in 2.5 hours.

They were super fast in helping me, which I never would have expected based on how busy they were. When my lenses were being made, I was quoted an hour wait time. 13 minutes later they were done.
The salesperson when I came to pick them up was great too. They recognized me and went to grab my glasses before I said a word, which I appreciated. They then had me try them on, took them to tighten the arm I hadn't even noticed was loose, and cleaned the lenses. I've been to competitors before and not received anywhere near that kind of service. I wish I recalled the salesperson name, but it slipped my mind; they had short dark hair and a number of nose piercings.

Helped pick out a new frame, gave us a 30% discount and had the glasses ready in just 20 minutes. Sheena is a gem, so glad she was there to help us. I hope they know how lucky they are to have her. All the staff members were awesome and very helpful.
They have a great selection of frames and great prices on the frames.
I got two sets of glasses for $719
Thats with tinting, scratch proof, reflecting coating for driving at night, and progressive lenses. Others places wanted almost $1,000. I highly recommend eyemart express.
