I had such a good experience with Gary Fillmore. I went into the surgery with a lot of questions and Gary was able to answer every question I had. The surgery went smoothly and I now have 20:15 vision. It is so nice not having to wear contacts every day. I was amazed at how smooth the healing process went too.The staff there was so nice and they were able to help me a lot for the journey as well. Definitely recommend eye consultants!

I've been going to Dr. Gary Fillmore and Eye Consultants for many, many years, and in addition to the excellent eye care, I love the atmosphere. It's relaxed and friendly even though there a lot of people working there. They all make eye contact, smile and greet me even if I'm not there to see them. I feel like I am free to speak to everyone who works there. They exude a warm, welcoming ambiance that I experience as soon as I come in the doors. I can see that other patients feel the same way as there is eye contact, smiles and conversation with each other as well. I've been to many, many offices through the years, where I feel the tension of boundaries (especially since C), and this year, I realized that I look forward to my yearly eye visits.

Excellent experience. I opted for LASIK and I'd do it again in a heartbeat...and that's with a slight complication. The complication was my own fault. On day 6 after surgery, I pulled out the night-time goggles from my face to adjust them and they slipped out of my hand. The elastic strap snapped the bottom of the goggles into my left eye (thought I'd mention this here so others can be more careful with the goggles). The following day I had my one-week checkup, and I couldn't see as well out of my left eye. There was blood under the flap and inflammation. They gave me additional prescription drops to use for a couple weeks and I had additional follow-ups due to this. One month post-surgery and everything is healed just fine and I have 20/15 vision in both eyes. Other than that one hiccup, it was a perfect experience. Shaun is amazing and was so great with communication. I found it so helpful to have someone I could text questions to and get answers. The personal touch he brings to what he does really needs to be commended. Dr Fillmore did an excellent job with the surgery. I also saw Dr. Jensen and Dr. Edmons and they were both wonderful, very knowledgeable, and were patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this team for LASIK.

I got LASIK eye surgery yesterday and literally woke up (for the first time since I can remember) with 20/15 vision. I have been in glasses or contacts for 15 years. So incredible I highly recommend Eye Consultants here in Spokane! The entire process was seamless from the first free consult to the communication up until surgery and DURING surgery, they are incredible. Shaun did such a great job throughout the whole process in explaining what to expect, and being so responsive to questions. The procedure itself took less than 15 minutes total for the surgery and has been life changing so far, and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. I am so so happy with the results!

About a month ago my mom and I both got LASIKs done here at Eye Consultants. They were absolutely amazing every step of the way, always made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really eased any nervousness I had going into the surgery (I was so nervous!). But I had no reason to be! They were absolutely wonderful before, during and after. Also ecstatic to be able to share that both my mom and I are now seeing 20/15 vision!
