If I could rate just Zack and his exc assistant I would give them 5 stars. But Ken Absalonson, was very unkind.I waited 4 weeks to get in,and he kept complaining that they had to squeeze me in to be seen,he gave reference that I was wasting his time and my eye problems were common. I was very stressed about my eyes, I had been doing all I knew how to rid my eyes of the matter that collected every day on my eye lashes and lids. He said I was interrupting him when I tried to tell him how bad it was,and explain That I had cleaned most of it off before the appointment he kept saying he didn't see much. Well even if it is a common problem I didn't know what to do and how to get rid of it and my dry eye. I was really concerned. He could have explained things and reassured me. Instead of brushing me off. I have never had a doctor treat me so badly. I have had a lot of stress and his disgusting treatment didn't help my stress. I thank the good lord for his assistant. I had two three surgeries on my eyes in the last couple years and I had very nice doctors from Spokane eye clinic...its sad they have and arrogant doctor like him working there. Reading his other good reviews he reminds me of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.we had him during his Mr.Hyde.

When I arrived, I was belatedly told the doctor was running 1/2 an hour late. No one came to tell me that he was even more delayed. After an hour, I left.

My recent eye exam with Dr. Kenneth Absalonson at Spokane Eye Clinic was a fantastic experience. Dr. Absalonson was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain my eye health in a clear and reassuring way. His female assistant was incredibly supportive, guiding me through the initial tests with kindness and patience, making the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Their teamwork created a welcoming environment, and I left feeling confident in the care I received....Tony P

The doctors and staff are always very polite and professional. The doctor (Dr. Absolonson) always explains the things that are going on with my eyes and what I must do next to better take care of their health.When I was there my blood sugar dropped and one of the staff brought me a juice and some crackers. Which I truly appreciated. I can't recommend them highly enough and am glad to have them watching out for my eye health

My wife Cheryl had her appointment today. We love Spokane Eye Clinic because they are courteous, friendly, thoughtful and caring for their patients. They take time to explain tests that have been performed and she really appreciated it.

Dr Absalonson is always friendly & thorough. He makes you feel welcome. All the staff are great!
