I'm an existing patient. I like the experience because it is efficient and the staff are caring people. Dr. Ryder has good advice. He has solutions to my complaints. He is even tempered and compassionate. Donna, his medical assistant, has a good-mannered style. She treats me with care and concern. She alleviates my anxiety by her optimism. The reception is a spacious waiting room and immediate service to check in. The entire process for my eye exam is smooth and predictable
