I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northside Vision. From start to finish, this experience was exceptional. The doctor was articulate, kind, and incredibly thorough--taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt genuinely cared for. His assistant was upbeat, intelligent, and so sweet, which immediately set a welcoming tone. And then there's Katie--their absolute superstar. This was the first time in my life that someone truly knew how to help me choose frames. She has an authentic eye for fit and style and guided me with confidence and expertise, helping me find frames that not only fit perfectly but actually look great on me. That meant more to me than I can express. If you're looking for an eye doctor and/or new frames, do not hesitate to book your next appointment here. You will not regret it. I PROMISE.

I had a wonderful experience at Northside Vision. Dr. Fairbourn was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional, and the entire staff was great. I especially want to highlight Katie. I had a really challenging time learning how to get my contacts in and out, and she went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and did an amazing job keeping things light and calm during what was a very stressful situation for me. I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into helping me, and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Fairborn has been my eye exam provider since 2007. In a word, he is excellent. Exam equipment is state-of-the-art, office staff efficient and professional, and Dr. Fairborn keeps his professional education up to date and in excess of state CE requirements. The eyeglass frame selection is updated regularly to reflect current fashions. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent eye care clinic in North Spokane.

I have not received services or products here but my sister has and she says they are kind and caring about how you look and feel in your eye wear. She likes it here because the styles are more upscale than other stores, Northside vision is like a boutique! And I have dropped her frames off, and picked up for her...I got pics of the inside because it's cute! The parking lot is on the back side of the building.

I always appreciate the time Dr. Fairborn takes to talk about the vision test results and how he answers all of my questions. The staff is very professional. I moved about an hour away and still make the trip to come here.
